Rocky's Boutique Resort

We spent 10 wonderful days at Rocky’s Boutique Resort – Veranda Collection Samui, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect place to stay. It was truly blissful and made our holiday on Koh Samui extra special.

Our room was lovely—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The whole resort had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which made us feel at home throughout our stay.

The pools were clean and inviting, and we never had any trouble finding a sunbed, so there was always plenty of opportunity to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We particularly loved the peaceful location. Rocky’s is in a quieter part of the island, which suited us perfectly. It felt calm and tranquil while still being easy to get around. Transport was straightforward, and we even hired a car for two days, which gave us the freedom to explore more of this beautiful island.

Koh Samui holds a special place in my heart, as I first visited 37 years ago as a backpacker. Coming back after all these years, I was delighted to find that the island has not lost its charm or magic. Staying at Rocky’s made the experience even more memorable.

Breakfasts were plentiful, with plenty of choice to set us up for the day. And then there was the Rocky’s curry—I simply couldn’t resist it! It was absolutely wonderful and definitely a highlight of our stay.

We loved every minute of our time at Rocky’s. It was peaceful, comfortable, welcoming, and the perfect base from which to enjoy Koh Samui. The resort, the wonderful staff, the beautiful surroundings, and the relaxed atmosphere all combined to make our holiday truly special.

A huge thank you to everyone at Rocky’s for helping make our stay so memorable. We would happily return and would highly recommend Rocky’s Boutique Resort to anyone looking for somewhere special to stay on Koh Samui. It really did make our holiday.

My family and I have just returned from an amazing ten day stay at Rocky’s! From the moment we checked in the staff were warm and welcoming. We stayed in one of the Lofty Sea View rooms, which was lovely & very spacious! The bed was amazingly comfy and very difficult to leave in the morning! The grounds were gorgeous & very well maintained. We ate at the hotel on several occasions & also enjoyed one of the meal packages on the beach, to celebrate our wedding anniversary, every meal we had at Rocky’s was fantastic! We also enjoyed great cocktails every evening during happy hour. However, the best thing about Rocky’s by far is the staff! Always so welcoming & friendly! Every morning we were warmly greeted at breakfast , even during busier times. In particular we would like to give a special mention to all of the bar staff who went out of their way to befriend us & remembered our drink order every evening! A special thank you to May, Keaw, Ariane, Jack, Fame, Pim, Chok, Kitty, Hannah, Koi, Ying, Polly and Joe! We didn’t want to leave & will definitely be back!
