If been traveling a lot! I have been to hotel’s popular football players go to but this hotel is THE best I have ever been to!  The Portier opens the door for you when you arrive, brings up you luggage and everything with a smile on his face. We booked breakfast and dinner. At breakfast you have different variations of cultural food (Arabic, Indian, typical European). In the evening there ist mainly Indian food. I eat vegetarian and there where always good options and food variations, never left starving!! The service in the restaurant is also amazing. Victory, Reme, Amisna and Barsha served us and where always in a good mood, making us smile. We felt very welcome! We mostly used the pool on the 19th floor. The girl behind the bar is also absolutely amazing, kind and friendly! Overall a really really great experience!!

Perfect stay, definitely visiting again!

I had a very pleasant experience, and what truly stands out about this hotel is its prime location in the heart of Dubai, conveniently close to shopping areas. I would like to extend special thanks to the receptionist, Mr. Fawzi, for his warm demeanor and attentiveness in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Appreciation also goes to Mr. Omar for his friendly welcome during my check-in, as well as to Mr. Saruhan, the front office supervisor, and Mr. Ahmed at the front desk for their support. A heartfelt thanks to the room service team for the thoughtful room decorations that delighted my children. Everything about the hotel was excellent. I highly recommend it to both solo travelers and families, as it provides not only rooms and suites but also fully furnished hotel apartments, perfect for both short and extended stays.

Wonderful stay near major shopping centers and supermarkets.

The hotel in general is fine and is a new brand, however, most of the staff don't know what they are doing. Check in was not easy, some of the breakfast staff were rude, they charge 100 AED for using the rooftop pool beds which makes no sense as you have already paid for your stay, also you cannot bring food or drinks to any of the pools, the location is also a bit bad as it is in a very bad area and far away.

After check out was my headache, I found out that they were looking for me by contacting friends of my profile because according to them I didn't pay for a night that I cancelled on time and rebooked in another month. I felt like I had committed the worst crime of my life and that my personal information was all over the place with no respect for my privacy and data.  After knowing that it was their mistake they did not apologise to me at any time.

I know how hotels work, especially Hilton, and this is not how they should do things.

An doing hotel with wonderful front house staff. The rooms are large, clean, and very modern. Staff are friendly courteous and very helpful. Breakfasts are outstanding, as are the variety of meals available. Not in thd main tourist area but it's easy to get around. Lovely

Outstanding 

Beautiful hotel located in Al Barsha, few minutes walk to Mall of the Emirates. The staff were friendly and quite helpful. We didn’t find the bathrobes and slippers in the room but after calling the reception they brought them up to the room. The swimming pool though was cold both in the morning and evening. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and for sure will be back again.
