I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel in Phuket and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest smiles from the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to Jenjira and Pimpila at the reception – these two ladies were absolutely wonderful! Their kindness and genuine care made us feel so welcome from the start. They were always ready to help, no matter what we needed, and their positive energy really added something special to our stay. And I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket!

Wonderful experience

My stay was great, room was comfortable and pool was enjoyable. Really nothing negative to say. From the doorman to the servers they were all so kind. Aey gave us great service and made sure we were taken care of. The front desk was very accommodating

Best resort

Love this hotel. Service was amazing and prompt 
from the  front desk, to housekeeping, even booking excursions was a breeze and not too over whelming (Pam I believe was her name)! Not once did i feel like anyone was trying to be dishonest or get over. they really care about your experience while in Phuket. 
We stayed in The Sense Suite on the top floor! What a treat the view was amazing we were able to see great views of Patong and witness both sunrise and sunset from there. All the amenities in the room worked great! (If you're in the jacuzzi tub theres two modes be aware one them you may have to hold the button down  a while before it turns off) Everything was very clean! Even when they decorated the room for a birthday surprise they went as far as removing the hair from my brush (talk about over and beyond)! 
Just a heads up: Being up that high required us to have to take a couple elevators when can annoy some but we didnt mind. Just be cautious when coming in after a lot of partying (it could seem extra long lol)
We only stayed 3 nights but i couldve stayed much longer had i know it be this great!

Safety:
I felt safe be aware of peepers. i didnt see any however what makes me say this is the frost on the windows next to both elevators were peeled off just perfect so someone can view the jucuzzi in both Senses Suite. It didnt bother me but it it is still a safety issue.  if whomever sees congrats lol I forgot to mention it to the hotel but i will.

Choose The Senses

This is one of the best service oriented resort in Phuket. I stayed here with my wife and 3year old daughter for 3 nights. At the check-in, we were delightfully surprised by upgradation of our room. The drinks by the bar was another exceptional experience. Food is delightful. Hotel buggy service to Patong beach is a convenience not to be missed. 

All in all, I would love to stay here again.. 

Not to be missed in Phuket!! 

This 4.5 star hotel is located in the city centre of Phuket Island and was established in 2013. It is a short drive away from the Patong Beach. The Hotel has a coffee shop, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre/gym. All 116 rooms are equipped with minibar, hairdryer, safe, trouser press, ironing set and air conditioning.
