General view

We were very impressed with this hotel and we have stayed in many all over the world. It was very clean. Our room was nicely appointed with a great view of the pool and mountain. The two pools were well maintained and there ususally were loungers to get by the two pools but perhaps they could add a few more.
The hotel staff was outstanding with particular mention to Noawarat Vangpoli, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who was so helpful and competent in her job.

The location couldn't be better. Right across the street from the ocean, close to the booking coop for the longtail boats, and only a short walk to the 7-Eleven.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast supplied by the hotel.

A Hidden Gem in The Centre of Ao Nang

Great hotel in a perfect location across the street from the beach. It’s also in the Center of all the action, so no need to venture too far to reach other restaurants, bars or long tail boats. 
Reception is warm and welcoming and the staff overall go out of their way to make you feel special 

The facilities (pool, lobby, gym) are clean and well maintained and the breakfast offered has lots of choice and is of good quality.

An Affordable Diamond in the middle of Ao Nang Beach.

We stayed for 10 days at the L Hotel and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The rooms were large and clean with plenty of storage for our clothes. The bed was comfortable albeit a little hard for our liking and the Aircon worked well.
The coffee maker as well as a kettle in the room was a bonus.
The hotels colours are white and purple , a nice touch in the bathroom is the fact that the shampoo and shower gel are purple too, and good quality, as is the toilet tissue.
All the staff were kind and helpful, always had a smile on their faces, a credit to Michel the manager and the hotel.
Breakfast was good, and the coffee machine made delicious coffee.
Sunbeds had cushions which is a must I think and both pools were clean and warm.
The restaurant was well priced for and evening meal with good portions and good quality food.
The only think that I feel that would improve the hotel is a bit more of a  comfortable bar area for the evening that you could enjoy, with background music playing for those guests visiting Krabi who don't want the full on beach /bar scene.
Overall a very good stay, worries I recommend the L Hotel, Yes, would I stay again, yes.

Great position, lovely staff, comfortable stay

As part of my better half’s 59th birthday we traveled to Krabi /Phuket and We stayed at Ao nang Krabi for a day after three days at Railay beach and were looking for a comfortable hotel on Ao ang  beach accessible directly by long tailed boat from west railay .
After some research we decided on The L resort and boy were we glad we did.
Right from the initial mail interaction  and prompt and helpful response from me Michel assuring us till the time we checked in we were delighted by their hospitality 
We were given a spacious ,comfortable room on the 4th floor with a huge balcony with pool and sea view and they tastefully decorated the bed to welcome us .
The beach and Ao nag promenade is right outside and so is the Reeve club where the special fire show takes place 
Their breakfast siread was perhaps the best we had in our entire Thailand trip 
We did not use the pools  but they thoughtfully provided us with beach /sea towels to take with us when we went to the beach tow swim and see the beautiful sunset 
In the morning we also covered the Monkey  trail which is at the other end of the
Overall a delightful experience indeed .

A gem waiting to be discovered

Had 2 nights at the L after flying in from Samui, the hotel is perfectly positioned on the corner of the main st.
You can get anywhere on taxi bike for 200 bhat, the rooms are over spacious and clean, the beds are also comfy and the aircon is excellent. 
Not sure of the purple colour scheme but it grows on you, the staff all super friendly and helpful as all Thai’s are. 
The pool area I didn’t love and needs some work doing to it imo.
A really good point to stop off and stay, very reasonable and comfy and clean

Nice little hotel
