We have received excellent service from a waiter called Gift. She was always smiling and very helpful at all times. We were getting our order on time. Cleaning the tables.She was our waiter for 3 days and she was excellent. Very efficient. I recommend her.

Great service

I had come to attend a wedding. This hotel has great views, some staff are great to point out to the Chef wow he was amazing to our group. Food was good the rooms big and clean. A true island experience unforgettable one. An issue I had which needs to be reviewed by staff is when having an event may the guests be prioritized and customer to be put first. We attended the ceremony at IHG and they had made an amazing flower backdrop for the wedding ceremony and as it finished we were rushed by the staff to take pictures and told to stop taking as they needed to take down the backdrop used on the ceremony. I really found that rude as I had travelled thousands of miles away to witness this day but barely had a photo with bride and groom. 

Everything else was top notch but some staff need to be groomed how to conduct themselves when there is an event and really Honour guests. But overall I will recommend this hotel if you intend to experience luxury, a quiet island, island experience, an amazing spa, 2 hour complimentary drinks everyday, a clean room, great breakfast this is the place. Amber restaurant I rate it as 10/10.

Doesn’t get any better

We like and enjoy the room, infinity pool view and main lobby sea view. The beds are comfortable but aircon rather cold. Unfortunately, the food portions such as daily breakfast are rather small and same throughout our stays. The staffs are friendly though.

One of the nicest seaview so far

Fantastic resort. Quiet beautiful location with stunning scenery and amenities. The service was flawless and so welcoming. The food .. wow .. thank you chef Alexis and team for all
the wonderful sea food, meat dishes and ofcourse the bakery items. I will never forget your homemade pretzels! 

Breakfasts were full of variety from brown sugar milk tea to Thai iced tea and all the wonderful fruits and juices. The fire show was entertaining, the Air Bar really lives up to the reviews and ofcourse Amber and the Flames restaurant. 

We enjoyed the Pilates classes, the fully equipped gym and the club lounge. 

The villas were large, airy with beautiful views of the water amongst the trees.  We can’t thank the staff enough. It was a treat to stay with you.
