This hotel is really suitable for families. The hotel staff have friendly smiles every day and their service is also very good. Their kids club is the best I have ever seen, with several employees playing with the children every day. They also have childcare services so parents can have their hands free and enjoy some private time. The employees in the kids club are very caring, especially Ms. Namfon, who knows how to get along with the children and always has a friendly smile, which makes me and the two children very comfortable. Thank you for her service in the Kids Club during these eight days. I still remember that many children gathered in the Kids Club when it rained. She also dedicated herself to helping every parent answer questions. The aunt who tidied the room was also very nice, with a friendly smile on her face. Although the towels were a bit dirty, it was still acceptable. Here, you don’t have to ask your children to turn down the noise, because there are so many children, and everyone understands and accepts the noise. You won't feel bored if you stay in the hotel all day. There is already a tour agent sitting at the counter at the hotel entrance to serve tourists. Thanks to Ghao for the introduction, we chose a half-day yacht trip. The children had a great time. The boat was new and comfortable, and the staff provided first-class service.

Best Family Resort in Samui

I just came back from breakfast and I asked for one disposable cup to put chocolate in there for my child and they asked me to pay for it and they didn't want to give it to me.  So I'm not coming back here no matter what your answer is. 
This is our fifth hotel in Thailand after five weeks of traveling and we always asked for a glass or two and it's the first time this has happened to us.

One disposable cup

Great hotel but it was just too busy with families that were just out of control. Upon arrival there were 3 kids hitting each other (family). Parents let their kids run this place alone so they were misbehaving with no adult supervision.  This let the hotel down for us. We had a 4 yr old and 1 yr old and it was quite intimidating for teens to climb up the water side of of control with no-one there to correct them. No lifeguards. You were allowed do as you please. 
The hotel is great we had a beautiful big room,  room service was great and the app worked a treat. We stayed at the beach area away from the madness of the hotel. The kids indoor play area again was great but over run with out of control kids. The water park was dangerous again for the same reason. 
Breakfast was fine didn't really enjoy it too be honest. Get in early to avoid the busyness that will follow. Staff were nice but you could tell they too were fed up of all the out of control naughty kids. 
This would be a great spot if 50% full and mane maybe more control around the facilities.

Beach is shell like and impossible to walk on. 
Nice sunrise from the beach. 
We won't book here again. Best part for us was leaving.

Our family holiday at Holiday Inn Resort Bophut was a wonderful experience for us all with all facilities you need with kids.
The staff are all friendly we became close to some who I can name "X"& Gigi. We can't wait to come back again!

Perfect place for families. This hotel is for couples with children. We have been soooo pleased to stay here for 2 weeks.
We loved the tours around the Island - and you Can easily see the good spots by taxi.
