In the whole the holiday has been great, few issues with the hotel but we’re soon fixed and the staff have been outstanding. The best thing though as been the spa treatments booked through Antonio Hurak.
Turkish bath and massage, the best.,

Honestly, for my part, I don't see it as a 5 star hotel, I would put it as a 3 star hotel because? There was only one good thing and that was that they moved me from the 1st floor to the 5th floor because the views from the 1st floor were horrible and now the bad thing, the wifi was very bad, the rooms were very simple, the TV was very old, not even a smart TV, the drawers were broken, the fridge was dirty, apart from when they come to clean they only change the towels and sometimes the bed because I found them dirty many times and they don't even clean the floor, I came for 10 days and the food was the same as always, not even anything traditional from Turkey for a foreigner like me, the entertainers for entertainment were only for darts, and at night 30-minute and the beach was very bad with stones and the water dark, honestly I have been in hotels with fewer stars and they were much better than this one, it was very nice yes but I do not recommend it

3 star hotel because it doesn't deserve a 5 star

Hotel in prime location with direct access to private beach with plenty of sun beds to choose from.
Staff very friendly and attentive couldn’t fault the level of service. Rooms kept clean and tidy every day. Would definitely go again already looking at booking again next year.

Perfect location with beach front access.

Excellent reception on arrival. Requires upgarding in certain areas of the hotel. Sea view room, great view and very clean, however, room cleaned regular but days where we went down to 1 hand towel, no bath mat, no toilet roll, cleaners did not refill coffee and tea, water first couple of days, then nothing! Excellent, staff, amazing especially Usuf and Selman!! Pool bar staff, exceptional! Thank you for the special cocktails!

Sea view room quite noisy very late!

Strange looks from certain people when smoking at pool, this is a smoking hotel so people have to accept the fact. If not happy, go to a non smoking hotel!!!

Overall very happy and would return as the staff make the holiday!

Amazing Staff

My partner and I visited Faros Premium Beach hotel for 7 nights at the start of sept 2024. To say we were impressed is an understatement. 
The first point I want to stress is how incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful ALL staff were….every department from the bar/service staff to the housekeeping and concierge work tirelessly to make sure that guests get the very best experience and could not have done a single thing better….truly! Jon on the pool bar was a particularly lovely person to meet. A very hard working gentleman. 

We would like to make special mention of Antonio Murat who greeted us on our first morning to explain the spa packages available (which he is clearly very knowledgeable about). He talked us through it patiently without making us feel under any pressure whatsoever to commit to booking anything. It felt far more like meeting a new friend than a sales pitch which was very much appreciated…..that man is worth his weight in gold. A true asset to the hotel.  His warm, personal greetings and little chats throughout the week were a breath of fresh air and  something that we came to so look forward to each day. It was clear how much he cares to get to know and build rapport with each and every guest. 

The food was fantastic with a HUGE variety of items available. Although we only stayed a week we could easily have ate for 14 days and never feel it was repetitive due to the vast range of items available (the salad bar alone could provide enough variety for a week) the hot food items were always piping hot at point of service and could be seen to be regularly being freshly cooked replenished throughout meal services. We were able to try things we had never had before including local meat and fish dishes when we fancied it but could also choose foods we are more used to seeing in the UK. We really enjoyed the pizzas which were always hot and fresh out of the oven. 

Ice cream was so yummy. Nobody could possibly be left hungry at this hotel. Even the pickiest of eaters would be catered to most definitely!

Great variety of drinks available and great coffee. 

All areas within the hotel, room itself, pool area and beach are clean and well maintained. We were given fresh sheets and towels every day. 

Good variety of entertainment and the team organising these and activities were lovely but not too pushy with those who prefer to keep to themselves. The daily water-polo was a hoot. 

Hotel is very central without feeling too busy. Peace and quiet can be found when needed. Many excursions available nearby although we chose a more chilled vibe for the week and took advantage of the onsite facilities including a couples spa afternoon which was wonderful and very reasonably priced. 

Truly struggling to find anything negative to say other than quite small balcony which the stunning views more than made up for and it didn’t cause us any problems as we still managed to dry a few clothing items when needed. 

WiFi and aircon faultless.
