When we arrived it looked as beautiful as the photos. When we got to the check In desk we was told that only 2 out of 4 of our rooms was available and the other two would be ready the next day, as they had overbooked!  My daughter & her partner had to share a family room with her brothers who are also in their 20s. We was then told there was a late night buffet for guests who arrive late in the night, when we had walked down to the restaurant & we had found it was left over hot food that’s was now cold from dinner service which had not been covered and had flies buzzing around them. We had to leave the hotel to Find a restaurant so we could eat. Throughout our first full day we found that this hotel is not Intrested in English families and refuse to help with even the slightest request, I had asked if we could join two dinner tables together so my family would be together and was refused, seconds later a German family had asked for the same thing and the waiters in the restaurant done it for them instantly, we was all given paper place mats on our tables but the German and Russian families tables were Always fully dressed with everything waiting for them. As far a food it’s manageable but ends up being the same food throughout the whole week, we all preferred the 12:00 snack bar as the food was a lot better than the restaurant itself. If you would like a sun bed by the pool I would strongly advice you to be out of your rooms with your towels at 06:00am as your unable to get them if you leave it until later in the day even though we are all told we cannot reserve sun beds until 08:00am this applies for the private beach also. If your looking for cocktails your best to go out of the hotel as my family throughout the whole week had watched bartenders pour our half of the spirit bottles and top them back off with tap water, my son had pointed this out and told the barman he would like a fresh bottle opened as he didn’t want to drink the water from the taps, the barman then became extremely rude and refused to serve him, when this was brought up to the hotel manager who was normally quite polite and helpful he very rudely and abruptly shushed my son and waved him away. We then had noticed Germans and Russians who had asked for an alcoholic drink was being served from different alcohol bottles that were hidden out of sight from the bar. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody and I certainly wouldn’t be returning. 

DO NOT BOTHER!!

Do not bother take Russian and German lessons before you go
Food would not feed to my dog same every day
Who has boiled carrot and peas for breakfast 
Luckily there was a toaster for breakfast only breakfast
All inclusive bar if you like gin vodka whisky 
Pre mixed cocktails for 4 hours
Pay for ice cream and the beer of turkey effes
Rooms dated my phone screen is bigger than the TV 9 channels none in English 
Entertainment same every day if I hear 3 6 9 the goose drank wine one more time
No chance to relax by main pool 
And I don't appreciate being spoken to in German and they all clearly know you are English 

One good point it was close to shopping and eating out

Avoid avoid like the plague

The service and standard is below 3 star. Very shocking and disappointed. We was groups of 13 (3 family)
Firstly, when we checked in at night they put my family in a room with no AC, just imagine 33 degrees out there with no AC and fan and they told me to adjust until next day.

The whole hotel was full of drama, nothing as like pictures and videos. Nothing wasn't even bright as you can see in the videos and photos. Passage corridors and stairs was dark 24/7, they never put the lights on for the guest. There are so much outstanding work in the inside and outside spcially in the restaurant, lobby and outside of the buildings. Definitely needs a code of painting. Looks very old and damp😪

They doesn't even start the lobby AC until 10 30 in the morning when it's even 35 degrees outside and turn off the lobby AC and lights by 10pm at night which is really uncomfortable sitting there without it. All they care about saving electricity and gas bills, this is the impression we got after seeing and talking to the other guests. So few times we have made complaints but we didn't even get any permanent solutions for it. We felt as like we are not in a holiday because of these lights and AC business. 😥

Mr manager was a proper moody person with no sense of humour and smile, all he was there for the sake of it.😎

Food was nothing amazing every day same items so after a while we started getting bored and annoyed. So we started getting food from outside and started eating out. 😒😬

Last year we have been to Egypt in a five stars hotel, so we was expecting a bit more from them as they are "European 5 stars " but unfortunately this hotel no way near that African Egyptian 5 stars hotel.

I was about give 1 star because of some staff's honestly and friendliness I am going to give 2 stars for the review. 

So guys don't fall in a trap like us by seeing all these bright and attractive pictures.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER!
I hated my stay there with my family and the youngest 7.
I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Waste of money! I could have gone somewhere better with the money I spent there. Nothing like the images on the website, its rated too high where I won't even rate this hotel as being 1 star!
No rating from me so please avoid this hotel if you are thinking to book there! Disgusting!!!!

THE WORST I'VE BEEN TO! 😪

What can I say , hotel not very clean , leaking shower and toilet , which there repair apparently was to lay a towel on the floor ???? Leaking air conditioning .  Food not good at all for the English . In fact  if your English you’re an alien . We were the only two English in the hotel . First room we got given was in the eaves of the hotel , poky , dark , no view , balcony for one only. Please check what room you are getting . The walk to this room was down a very dingy dark prison like walkway that took ten minutes from reception . Very depressing . Ok so they moved us . But room again ground floor , no view and dated . Staff were ok polite enough . But of course they didn’t understand mostly . There is no alacarte restaurant as advertised . But there is an area which they say can be the alacarte restaurant , but no one books ??? And if you do book it’s 10 euros each ??? States one free meal per week , not true . I don’t normally do all inclusive , but we thought we would for ease , quite honestly waste of money . Although we never had a good meal outside either . The best was McDonald’s . The beautiful old city of side is 15 euros taxi ride from
Hotel . Beautiful place , shops expensive there though .  Restaurants we used we found not great about 75 euros for two with drinks so not bad price wise . Weather in September 35 . About all it’s got going for it . Markets are rubbish . Fake goods are expensive, sellers very rude if you try and barter them down . We actually were told to leave a shop because we asked for a good price . Something about having to pay for air conditioning in the shop ?? All in all sultan of side is not the place to go ,
If you’re looking for quality over quantity . It’s not cheap 200 euros a night for family room I would give it no more than three stars and that’s being generous .  And it advertised as five star .
