When is my balance payment due?

The balance of your holiday is due 12 weeks before departure.

You can find the exact date on your confirmation invoice which would have been sent to you at time of booking via email or by post.

You can also find your balance due date on our website in the My Booking section.

If you gave us your email address at time of booking, we will also send you a balance reminder email a few weeks before it is due.
