How do I make a complaint whilst on holiday?

We want your holiday to be everything you expect it to be and more.

If you are experiencing issues at your hotel, we would first recommend speaking to your hotel's manager or reception team as they should be able to quickly resolve any issue.

You can also contact your in resort, Mercury Holidays representative. They are on hand to assist you as much as possible in order to try and resolve any issues you may have as quickly as possible. The Resort Representative's contact details can be found on your final booking details documentation, which would have been sent to you before your departure.

If your representative is unable to help (or you cannot find their contact details), and you are still on your holiday, please contact our team in the UK who will be able to help you further.
