Can I claim for a flight delay or cancellation?

It depends on your destination and the duration of your delay. However, you can claim on last minute flight cancellations and flight delays of over 3 hours.

To do this, you’ll need to visit your airline's website – here you'll find a claims form that you'll need to complete. This form needs to be completed by the passenger travelling on the flight, so unfortunately, we are unable to do this on your behalf.
