The best experience
We unfortunately don’t remember everyone’s names, but every member of the team was truly exceptional.
The staff at breakfast always seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. One morning, when I was struggling with some very spicy food, a staff member kindly brought me some watermelon without me asking. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and the level of customer service was outstanding.
The team at both check-in and check-out was also incredibly professional, efficient, and welcoming. Every interaction made us feel genuinely cared for.
One of the most touching moments was when the staff came to see us off as we left for the airport. Their kindness and warmth made saying goodbye surprisingly emotional—I had to hold back tears. Throughout our stay, everyone made us feel so welcome that Rayavadee truly felt like a home away from home.
After leaving, we continued our trip to Bangkok, but every single day we found ourselves talking about how incredible our experience at Rayavadee had been. It wasn’t just the breathtaking property; it was the people who made our stay unforgettable. We are already hoping we can return again very soon.
Thank you for giving us such an unforgettable experience and for the genuine care and hospitality you showed us. We will cherish these memories for a very long time.

We’ve stayed in a number of beautiful places all around the world and this ranks as one of the very best. Great food, great staff, great facilities in a world class location. Doesn’t get much better than this!
ONe of the most special hotels
There are very few places in the world that genuinely leave you speechless, but Rayavadee is undoubtedly one of them. It is, without question, one of the most special places on Earth.
Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and dramatic limestone cliffs, the entire resort feels like a hidden paradise. From the moment you arrive by speedboat until the moment you leave, every detail is thoughtfully managed. Even our departure was memorable, with the staff taking us by tractor to the speedboat rather than having us walk along the pier—a small touch that perfectly reflects the level of care they provide.
The accommodation is second to none. Beautifully designed, immaculately maintained and incredibly comfortable, the rooms blend seamlessly into the stunning natural surroundings.
Our private butler, Tuk was simply outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warmth, professionalism and genuine kindness made our stay even more memorable.
The food was exceptional throughout. Dining at The Grotto, set beneath the limestone cliffs, is an experience in itself, while the Thai restaurant served some of the finest food we enjoyed during our time in Thailand. Every meal was beautifully prepared and accompanied by impeccable service.
The swimming pool deserves a special mention, offering breathtaking 360-degree views of the spectacular limestone karsts that surround the resort. It is one of the most beautiful pool settings I have ever experienced.
Every single member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, genuinely kind and eager to make our stay perfect. Their hospitality is amongst the finest I have experienced anywhere in the world.
We were fortunate enough to spend just one night at Rayavadee, but it simply wasn’t enough. Looking back, we only wish we had extended our stay. If you are considering visiting, I would wholeheartedly recommend spending as long there as you possibly can.
Thank you to everyone at Rayavadee for making our stay so incredibly special. We feel genuinely privileged to have experienced such an extraordinary place, and it is a hotel we will never forget.
Perfect family vacation
We had the most wonderful time! Everything was perfect- the room, the location, the amenities, and especially the service from the incredible staff! Mr. K, the foods and drinks manager is lovely and kind- we love him!
We would love to come back to this unique one-of-a-kind experience next year.
