The hotel is located next to Krabi city centre and Ao Nang Beach. Public transport links be found within 3 km and Krabi Airport is some 36 km away. This resort overlooks the azure waters of the Andaman Sea. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens beside the Noppharat Thara National Park this resort features a lobby, safe and auditorium. Playground, WiFi are provided, as well as a car park. The superbly-appointed accommodation in this resort combines traditional décor with comfort and facility including TV and minibar. Oversized bathrooms and private balconies facing onto tranquil gardens pamper guests. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with a children's area. There are gym, sauna, massage and spa treatments.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. You can take advantage of recreational amenities such as an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a sauna. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and wedding services.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Location was super near to the ao nang beach, its walking distance . Surrounded with alots of shop and restaurants.
The staff at the reception was friendly and welcoming. Thy were very helpful too.
Regarding the room that we stayed, the room was clean and spacious. Good water pressure . The environment was calm and cozy.
The breakfast option was good. The staff was very helpful at the dining area. Thy were friendly too. Thanks to "Lucho", " Shine", Alex, and Fah.
Overall had a wonderful stay at Pakasia Resort. Will definitely come back .
So the location of this hotel was ideal for us because we don’t want to be directly on the front nor too far away that we are out of it. This is a nice mid point between the 2 sides of Ao nang and a reasonable walk to the front or the night market. This time of year is rainy season so the hotel isn’t as busy as when we have been previously. The gardens (forest) here are stunning and well taken care of. The monkeys came to visit a few times during our stay which is nice to see that the plant life is not just for guest effect but to support local wildlife too. We upgraded our room because the one we had on a previous stay didn’t suit. The bed is comfy, room is spacious and clean. I am not sure what people mean when they say a room is “dated”. To me this means signs of aging/damaged furniture which there was none or that the bathroom grout/tiles show colour change which again there was none. The maid service was excellent and our room was cleaned daily although we didn’t always ask for clean towels as the hotel supports an environmental approach which we thought was good. The drainage on the shower was a little slow which we didn’t report. Aircon worked well. I would say if you sit on the balcony you would get eaten alive by the mosquitoes but maybe that’s just the time of year. The pool is an ok size and clean. When Boy was there the pool was set up and he was on hand to serve drinks. However he was off for the first few days of our trip and the standards Boy had set were not met during this time (beds not set out, no service, unhelpful staff). We have reviewed the food separately (Mira) but to say in brief Lucho, Alex, Shaine, Pin, Mook are an excellent team who went above and beyond during our stay. When we first stayed here we were given a drink on arrival which after an 18 hour flight is much appreciated. Now you get a drinks voucher for later which I can see the appeal for some people but I prefer the drink on arrival. The system for getting pool towels has also changed. Not sure how to make that better nor do I like that sometimes the fresh towels are on the room but sometimes you have to go to reception. I understand why hotels need to keep track of this but it’s a pain for guests. Love this place and will be back.i think it’s also important to add that both myself and my partner were ill during our stay and the staff went beyond to take care of us. They didn’t need to do this but it certainly helped us.
The service staff at breakfast were absolutely delightful, and the food was fantastic. We also had dinner at Gaia one evening and it was delicious!
The wellness centre was a real highlight, with a steam room, sauna, ice bath and gym. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend making use of the facilities.
The pool area was also lovely, with food and drink service available whenever you felt like it. There was a good mix of shade and sunshine, so you could relax comfortably while still getting that Thai summer glow!
All of the staff were incredibly pleasant, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was the perfect size, complete with a bath, and it was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
We have got our rooms upgraded to honeymoon suite, The room was spacious the bed was big and comfortable, all Resort staffs were always smiling face and helpful. The resort located at a convenient place, opposite resort has motorbike rental, 7eleven, nail spa, tourist travel booth & many restaurants around We had a pleasant 2 nights stay in Krabi

The atmosphere was wonderful, but what truly made our stay special was the exceptional service and hospitality of the staff.
