I spent a couple of leisurely days in this amazing Hotel that is located right at the beach front. Its Architecture is such that almost every room is designed to have a large window facing the sea. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff are courteous, energetic and well dressed. The toilet and bath area are neatly arranged and toiletries are provided. The beds are soft and enhance sleep quality. The complimentary breakfast has adequate spread and the buffet lunch has exotic varieties for a true foodie to indulge in. It is a soothing experience watching the waves gently caressing the shores from the comfort of the rooms. Late in the evening the beach is filled with visitors and a bit of loud music that wafts through the sealed windows is a bit distracting but is a small price to pay but amply compensated by the serene view. The manager and the Reception counter staff are extremely polite and eager to ensure the comfort of the guests.
The Staff is very good, but the rooms are shabby and very poorly maintained, especially the bathroom. The gym is fairly well equipped but so musty that I got out of it fast. The restaurant and swimming pool are well kept. The beach is public and full of rubbish and trash.
Our first trip to Quilon Beach Hotel & Convention Centre, Kollam Kerela, for the excellent hospitality and genuine care shown throughout our stay.
From the very beginning, the room booking experience was smooth and reassuring, thanks to the Reservation Manager, Mr. Vinod Kurup, who supported us with great care and attention and ensured a comfortable stay from start to finish.
The Sea View Premium Room which stayed in was very clean and well maintained, and I would like to convey my special appreciation to the Housekeeping team for their dedicated efforts.
At the restaurant, Mr. Abhilash (Restaurant Manager) and the entire Food & Beverage Service Team provided outstanding service, always polite, attentive, and helpful. Mr. Praveen, Asst front Office Manager, also ensured excellent room-related service, and my sincere thanks to the Reception team for their cooperation and support.
It was a pleasure to meet the Managing Director, Executive Director, and General Manager and personally share our experience with them.
My family and I truly enjoyed our 9-day stay. Every staff member was caring and courteous, which made our stay memorable and comfortable.
Highly recommended. We would love to visit again in the future.

Stay was good but service and food are jus avg. They claim it to be a premium hotel but only malyalam channels are available in tv. They tookore than 24 hrs to activate required channels. Food is sweet as spice levels in Kerala is low.
best 5 star hotel in Kollam and it is beach side property. the day stayed, Kerala CM visisted the hotel, secerity was very tight. it is one of the nest hotelwe stayed. it near to Railway station (aprox 3 kms) and has nice restorant and Bar.
