Second time here and fallen in love all over again. The apartments are amazing, spacious and clean. Fresh towels and bedding every other day. Best thing is the washer! No holiday washing when we return 😁. The pools, where do i start soooo many to choose from, from quiet and peacefully to crazy with slides! The kids loved these. We noticed our pool outside our room cleaned daily. The food had good variety, our 9 year old ate better here than at home. We favoured the food court with the crispy chicken. The animation team is an absolute credit to the hotel. They work so hard day and night to put a smile on everyone's face and make those holiday memories. The evening entertainment was just amazing. We loved them all. Can't wait to return

My honest review is based on this, my first visit to Turkey. However I have stayed at 5 star all inclusive hotels before mainly in Egypt and this hotel is massively inferior to my previous experiences.

On arrival we were allocated room 308, which was close to the restaurant and water park. The room was very small. A double bed, with no room for a sofa, the ensuite bathroom was equally compact, with barely room to sit on the toilet, which was squeezed in between the shower and sink. On a positive, the room was clean and when requested, the housekeeping attended to freshen it up every other day. We did not ask to to be relocated as we understood it was high season.

Food was poor, both choice and quality, it was exclusively luke warm and despite arriving for dinner at 7pm when the restaurant opened the food under the hotplate was already lukewarm. Only the soup and porridge were hot. Our party found hairs in the meals on two separate occasions.

Dogs and cats are allowed to roam freely around the complex. In the main restaurant I witnessed on two occasions cats spraying urine on walls adjacent to guests eating at tables. I also saw cats trying to climb onto tables whilst guests were eating. This is totally unacceptable and staff should be encouragd to keep the animals out of the restaurants.

During our stay a number of our party suffered stomach upsets, which have continued since returning to the UK.

Beach availability: Despite our party of 15 making two attempts to book transport to the beach, they were fully booked. Subsequently, self paid taxis were used to visit and return from the beach.

Plastic grills around the pools were inadequate; some were broken and exposed gaps; two of our party were lucky not to be seriously injured when intact grills snapped underfoot as they walked around the pool thus exposing sharp plastic edges and a deep trench.

Children unsupervised on electric scooters are a dangerous menace throughout the complex; a car was struck by a youth riding an electric scooter on the roundabout close to reception during our weeks stay.

This complex appears to be a timeshare resort, with apartments rented out to holidaymakers. A number had for sale/advertising boards on the balconies.

Finally, to balance this review, the lifeguards were professional and vigilant at all times and were proactive when children ignored safety instructions. The animation team were enthusiastic and worked hard to keep the guests entertained daily.

This was our first time staying at this hotel with my family and my best friend, and honestly, we had such an amazing experience! From the very first day until the moment we left, every member of staff was incredibly kind, helpful, respectful, and welcoming. They genuinely made us feel looked after throughout our entire holiday.

The food was absolutely amazing! There was such a huge variety of choices, with something for everyone, and so many delicious desserts. The main restaurant is huge, spacious, clean, and very well organised. We were genuinely impressed by how much choice there was every day.

The hotel itself is massive and has so much to offer. There are so many pools, including relaxing pools for those who want some peace and quiet, as well as the main pool where all the fun and action happens. There are also so many water slides, which were great fun! Having a Starbucks inside the hotel was an amazing bonus — as a Starbucks lover, I absolutely loved it! ☕️❤️

The amphitheatre is huge, and there is also a lovely kids’ park, which is fantastic for families. There is always something happening, so you never feel bored. The entertainment team deserves a special mention because they work incredibly hard to make sure guests are having a great time. They are so friendly, funny, energetic, and genuinely care about making people happy.

A special thank you to Atakan and Borat! What an amazing duo! 😂❤️ They were so funny, hardworking, friendly, and entertaining. They always made us laugh and brought such a great atmosphere wherever they were. You can clearly see that they love what they do, and they put so much effort into making guests enjoy their holiday. They definitely made our stay even more memorable, and we really appreciate everything they did for us!

The Palm Bar team were also fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and the drinks were great! 🍹

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. The hotel has everything you could want for a fun, relaxing, and memorable family holiday — amazing food, beautiful pools, water slides, entertainment, friendly staff, and so many facilities.

We genuinely enjoyed every moment and were sad to leave. ❤️
