Borat and the team are the best. We had so much fun around the pool and we loved our family morning darts and Zumba. Will definitely return next year

Just back from 11 days in this hotel. Group of 4 families. Some rooms are in bad need of refurbishment. We had to be moved a few times but eventually got a better room. Big resort with a mixture of residents and holiday guests. No water or power on a few occasions during our stay. Oaks, Pine or Olives are the best however cleanliness around the pool areas is very poor. Glasses are left lying around the pool all day and then just rinsed under a tap and given to the next guest. Food is good and lots of options but not very hot. Local beer was fine but the dirty glasses was very annoying. Cocktails can be good then the next one totally different, really just depends on who is making them, some staff not interested. Drinks after midnight are charged extra €11 for a glass of white wine which is like vinegar. Shop onsite also quite expensive for snacks. Entertainment was okay. Some really good shows a couple of nights. Resort is in the middle of nowhere and even with the free taxis to restaurants in and out of Kusadasi it's just too far away from everything.

If you already have booked just make the most of it and enjoy your holiday. For anyone considering booking I would keep looking as definitely better options. We had a great holiday but wouldn't go back or recommend.

We travelled as a family of four (2 adults and 2 older teenagers in July 2026).

It’s not as bad as most of the reviews make out. Yes there are good points and bad points but as many have said a holiday is what you make of it.

The food is good, lots of salad and Turkish choices as well as the usual burgers, chips and chicken nuggets. There is the main buffet restaurant as well as a snack bar and pool snack bars. If you have fussy eaters then yes the choice will be limited but isn’t that true of everywhere.

There are not that many stray animals (despite what some of the reviews say) we saw about 5 cats and 4 dogs on the complex over a week. Just don’t touch them as rabies is endemic in Turkey and you will need jabs if scratched or bitten.

There are so many pools that you can choose one that suits you. We stayed at the pines pool as it was much quieter than the main pool, however lots of families with younger children used the main pool and slides. Please note, the main pool can get very busy and noisy so if you like it a bit more sedate then best choose a different pool.

We had a 3 bedroom duplex apartment which was clean and spacious. The cleaners only came once in a week but we emptied the bathroom bins ourself and swept the floor with the brush provided. The beds are very uncomfortable, I believe you can ask for mattress toppers but unfortunately we didn’t know about this so didn’t sleep well at all, all week. The air con can be temperamental.

Drinks are very limited - if you like fancy cocktails then you will be disappointed! They have beer, wine (not great) and basic spirits. The trick is to keep it simple as most of the cocktails were undrinkable!

Martin the Jet2 rep is amazing! He is there most days between 9 and 12 if you need anything.

There are local restaurants who will try to drum up business by the pool and offer free taxis if you go there. Be warned though they are very expensive! For a family of 4 with no drinks and no starters we paid £88 and the food was pretty meh (the korma was Chinese mayflower sauce with cream in it!) Personally I would have rather pay for the taxi and used the £45 difference to buy gifts in town.

All in all we had a good budget holiday, but in future I’d rather spend another £2000 and get the luxury of a 5 star. It’s good value for money but just don’t expect more than 3 star facilities.
