The hotel is set on a hill only 200 m from the sea and offers a superb view of sandy Ladies beach. It is located in a quite area, yet is not far from a range of local bars, restaurants and shops. It is 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Kusadasi and Adnan Menderes Airport is approximately 90 km. Renovated in 2006, this apartment hotel offers a bar, a TV room and a restaurant. Each room comes with a direct dial telephone, a satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette with a minibar. The air conditioning is individually regulated and rooms include a balcony. There is a swimming pool on the hotel grounds, complete with a poolside snack bar and parasols. A variety of water sports activities are also available in the local area for a small additional fee. Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet, while lunch and dinner may be either selected from a set menu or ordered à la carte.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel the staff was amazing Daniel is fantastic with all the games and entertainment rooms lovely and big food great will definitely return we all loved it
Great hotel
The staff Sude was absolutely brilliant. She went above and beyond for us all, she was very accomadation. She has lovely mannerism and such a lovely lady all round. Thanks for a beautiful stay 😍
Family trip
Just finished our annual 3 week family holiday here and had the best time making memories, the staff are brilliant and always there to help, Daniel is great at the entertainment with the kids and has so much time for all the guests. Eren & Batu made our holiday so special and treated us like family and helped us throughout our time here. We can’t wait to be back to see them again.

Overall a very positive experience, if you are looking for a fun family holiday this is the hotel for you
Daniel leads out on the activities and the evening entertainment each day and does a fantastic job , he’s does a brilliant job and make time for everyone young and old
The hotel staff are very professional, polite and courteous and nothing is a problem for them
The hotel is about a 10min drive outside of Centrum the town center and we used the taxi service which costs about €6
The food and drinks for snacking at the pool is nice and priced very reasonable
The rooms are very clean and over the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent
Happy to recommend to any family thinking of going to this hotel

We’ve just finished our family holiday here. 4 th time visiting and keep coming back. All Staff lovely and hard working . Rooms cleaned daily . Very clean hotel. WiFi in rooms and pool now which is so much better for the kids . Enough sun beds for everyone . Food and beer reasonable priced and my kids loved the little market. Perfect location and lovely views . Hopefully back next year
