Worst hotel ever,please avoid,rude unhelpful staff,food disgusting,unless you want a quick way to lose weight as you will probably spend most of your holiday with sickness/diarrhoea and end up on a drip in hospital,cats everywhere,drinking from the pools,climbing on your table when you try to eat,hated all of it there and I am making a complaint to jet2 as this hotel should NOT be advertised as 4* it is 1 at best !!!! Cleaners say outside my room half hour before my time to check out banging on the door,son in law came back to his room to find 3 cleaners sat on his sofa smoking in his room,daughter had money stolen from room,grandson in hospital due to vomiting,spoke with staff multiple times,was told the cleaners do not steal as they are searched before and after each shift 😂😂 I mean who employs staff they don’t trust and need to be searched,shower pumping out brown disgusting water then wonder why half of our group spent half of our holiday in our rooms vomiting
Lovely hotel, second time coming here as we enjoyed it previously. Hotel has lots of things to do and the staff are really friendly. The entertainment team is great and always ensure to include everybody. They host so many games and shows to keep you busy during the day and are always good fun. Spider is a favourite of ours as he always makes us laugh and has a smile on his face. Food changes per night and hosts themes such as Mexican night or Turkish night. Cleaners every day in the rooms and around the pool collecting rubbish and cleaning windows, tables, beds etc. overall really nice hotel and will return again.
We had a lovely stay here! I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews but there was absolutely nothing to worry about. The hotel is very clean and the food was great! Staff work really hard and were constantly on the go.
The only negatives were when we arrived around midnight, the bed in the living room was not made up and there was no bedding for us to do it ourselves. I had to ring twice and had to wait over an hour for it to be done. After a long day of travelling this wasn’t ideal and when it is already clear there were 5 of us staying in the room, the bed should already have been made up.
The other negative for us personally was the lack of activities for our 10 and 12 year olds. They were too old for the activities at the mini club and were not allowed to take part in the water polo or volleyball which they were gutted about. My 10 year old actually cried because all the water activities were for adults. I must admit I did find it really weird and strange coming to an all inclusive to find the animation team was aimed at adults only. Seeing grown men doing activities like diving for spoons but nothing for pre-teens/teenagers. Don't get me wrong the animation team work extremely hard and were really friendly but unfortunately left my kids bored. I did speak to the animation team and mentioned it to the guest relations as well and said they would take it on board. Again, this is just our opinion.
In spite of this, we had a lovely time here. The slides are good, amazing snack bars and waffles, pools lovely, plenty of sunbeds and a lovely beach.
We did the Tiger watersport which we all loved. Adaland - amazing waterslides and views - would really recommend! Definitely go into Kusadasi - great shops, restaurants and marina. We booked the Sunset restaurant for Turkish night - amazing food and view! Also had a Turkish bath and massage at the Spa which was honestly the best massage I have ever had!
This was our first visit to Turkey and I'm sure we'll definitely return!

We have just returned from Kusadasi and stayed at Ramada Resort, first time in this part of Turkey. Loved it, everything was brilliant, the food, the staff, the only disappointment was the beach, very rocky, couldn't get into the sea, a jetty/walkway into the sea would be a brilliant addition. No other faults, would definitely visit again.
