This large, family-friendly complex enjoys a superb location above the coast on a rocky promontory, just 7 kilometres from the centre of Kusadasi, a resort town on Turkey's Aegean coast. Public transport and taxis run close to the hotel providing easy access to the resort centre as well as to nearby local tourist attractions as Ephesus, located just a 10-minute drive and the House of the Virgin Mary. This luxurious complex includes a wide range of guest rooms featuring land or sea views and a choice of bungalow-style buildings. Sports lovers will find a host of water activities, such as surfing, diving and water skiing. While the little ones are having the time of their lives in the water park, the parents can enjoy a moment of calm in the comfortable guest rooms. Important note: Between 02.12.2019 and 15.12.2019, the indoor pool will be temporarily unavailable due to the renovation of our indoor pool. In addition, our facility has an outdoor heated pool. With this feature, it has the distinction of being the first in Kuşadası.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages. After dipping into one of the 3 outdoor swimming pools, you can spend some time at the private beach. This resort also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge). The complimentary beach shuttle makes getting to the surf and sand a breeze.
What an amazing hotel. I am still here in the middle of my trip but I couldn't wait to leave this review. This hotel is second to none. The food is absolutely amazing for an all Inclusive the food is such great quality and something for all tastes. Drinks are great too, snack bars full of variety and drinks bar open 24/7. Staff are Wonderful attentive and so friendly. This resort has really been so wonderful I can't fault it. Staying in room 1003 and it is perfect location wise for anyone with walking issues and hills etc. I will be so sad to leave here but so glad I found this place as we will be returning.
Bellmen team was the most helpful, everyone else, unfortunately, are not helping, not smiling, not kind. Room is very dirty. Housekeeping is not cleaning room at all. Only changing the bed sheet, towels. The old furniture which was never changed since the opening I guess, was extremely dirty full of dust (pictures attached). Dirty caps were in the room for 3 days. Not a 5 star hotel at all. Locations is beautiful. Atmosphere at the beach was bad because the of the quality of the guests (not because of beach itself). Guests are fighting for the sunbeds, keep moving sunbeds to the front more close to water by disrespecting other guests, mostly loud Russian speaking guests who doesn’t know how to behave. Food at the restaurant is great and tasty
Unbiased review from myself and partner from England, firstly I would question some of the reviews on here are actually genuine and not from staff . The place/ resort is very big , lots of slides and two very good pools, beach is ok but we went off season and still had too reserve sunbeds otherwise they were gone, dread to think what it’s like during peak season, rooms are outdated and worn , but I’m not overly worried about that as I don’t come on holiday to stay in my room. The food though isn’t great I’m afraid, they struggle to cater for the large numbers this resort holds, food was very hit and miss, mainly a miss, often not warm a majority of the time, also it was like unorganised chaos at meal times, every man for himself, a lot of meal times not respected people going in 20 minutes early most nights probably trying to get hot food. Really need to look at sorting out the food issues, positive we had a al carte at the Turkish restaurant and it was brilliant, so they do know how to deliver decent hot food . Visit turkey twice a year and this wasn’t a great experience I’m afraid, talking to the few other English guests they had similar experiences. If you have kids it would be great as there are lots of things put on for them, entertainment team are good as well, but us the food let it down hugely
We have just returned from another amazing 11-day holiday at Pine Bay Kusadasi, and once again, we leave with nothing but wonderful memories. This was already our 4th stay at Pine Bay in just two years, and every time we come back, it feels more and more like coming home.
One of the things we appreciate most is the incredible staff. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring. It is such a lovely feeling to be recognized and remembered when you return. You are not just another guest here – you really feel valued.
This time, we were especially surprised and grateful to receive a complimentary upgrade to a larger and even more beautiful room because we have now reached VIP status. What a wonderful gesture and such a lovely way to make us feel appreciated! ❤️
Whenever there is a little problem or something we need help with, the staff are always ready to assist and solve it immediately. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, and that makes such a difference when you are on holiday.
For us, Pine Bay is no longer simply a place where we stay. It has become a place where we feel comfortable, relaxed and truly at home. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, the atmosphere and, above all, the wonderful people makes us want to keep coming back.
Just got back from a week at Pine Bay. There was a group of 14 of us, made up of 7 adults, one being 19 and the rest kids, 9-16 years. As soon as we arrived, staff were friendly and helpful no messing about at reception, passports checked and then taken to the room Via buggy with luggage. It is up hill, but I think the staff would absolutely help if you asked them if folk struggle. We saw it as a positive when you’ve been eating and drinking all day! Room - was clean and well maintained. Not huge but it’s just somewhere to sleep and chill before you head out. Absolutely fine, no problems. Location - stunning. The beach is gorgeous, warm sea and plenty of sun beds. Folk do put their towels down before hand, which I guess could be an issue in the summer but as we were coming out of season, it never caused a problem. The beach bar was great, everything you need down there, water/bar supplied and the food was great. Toilets were clean, but obviously there are used by people who are wet so expect abit of water and sand - again no big deal. Waterpark was also good and the kids loved that - as well as the adults. Hotel food - food was good. Plenty of variety, we always found something to eat in the main restaurant - the kids enjoyed breakfast, plenty of choice - no bacon/sausage but that is to be expected in Türkiye. Snack bars were great, burgers, jacket potatoes, waffles and ice creams available up near the water park. Staff - now some people on reviews said they are rude, I didn’t find that once whilst there. All staff do is look after you, I think some staff struggle with the English language but don’t misinterpret this as being rude.
We went in to kusadasi for a bit of light shopping, spent a fortune after bartering with the shop keepers - tip: if you do not like being pestered then just don’t go in, because this is what they do. They are trying to make a living, I found the best way not to be rude, just say no thank you and walk away. It worked every time for us. I was very sceptical of going Türkiye but now I’m glad I have, we all enjoyed it and the weather was beautiful. Just get it booked and see for yourself!
