4th year and still love it
4th year in a row here and again I leave a positive review. We return each year to the hotel for many reasons but the main one is all the staff. From reception to cleaners to bar staff and entertainment team. These are what makes the hotel.
Those saying the rooms were not cleaned, that they had to get up early for beds and staff are rude must have been staying elsewhere.
Most days we were not up before 10:30am and yet the pool staff always got us the 7 sunbeds we asked for.
Restaurant staff could not be more helpful and our room was cleaned every day if we asked. Lifeguards at water slides are a great laugh also.

It’s our second time staying at the palmin hotel. We loved it the first so we came back, the rooms are lovely and clean and food is good. The entertainment is amazing and all the staff can’t do enough for you!! And a big shout out to breezy and Deniz they are amazing!! I will be back again.
