Palmin Hotel

I was going to give it 3 star but it felt harsh… was a great fun holiday, bedroom was lovely and the A/C was a dream, the cleaning staff deserve more praise then can give, kept are room spotless they were fabulous at there jobs. Had a bunk bed family room, was small and could do with a few drawers by the mirror but was nice. I also found there was something to watch each day, breakfast was a bit limited, no yougarts and only 4 cereal options, could do more at breakfast but found that it was never over crowded and no real lines so that’s a huge plus. There’s 1 pool and it is nice and big but the kids side being the smallest part was crowded and once they did the pool games during the day that took more space away. Entertainment team were very good and the kids had fun interacting with them, I was going to make it 3 star, as the practice of getting them to ask you to review the hotel as they stand over your shoulder at night is poor form, I don’t blame them, but someone is telling them to do it as they take a photo of your review, it should be stopped.

The down sides as I said all little things, there’s no gym, I saw a review from start of June stating same thing 2 months later it’s still not open, I’m not a massive gym guy, 3 days a week but it’s still nice to have that option it is listed as a facility, the soft drinks were dead every time you ordered one, the shows in the evening were nice but it’s the same thing nearly all the time, dancers who do acrobatics, surely you could change it up a small bit.

But all in all I was a fun family stay we enjoyed we would go again.

Amazing hotel. So so clean rooms are cleaned every day everywhere is spotless. Staff are so friendly especially ruzgar and onur incredible people so welcoming and helpful during our stay
