Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Everything is fine , u can have a very good experience,with a good team in entertainment ,with a ver fun water slides and activities u can't get bored, but sometimes the food is not that good but everything else is good
The hotel is in a great location, very spacious and clean. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
There are just two things I think are worth mentioning.
First, the food may not suit everyone’s taste. Also, the alcoholic drinks served at the hotel are honestly not very good. I had brought my own drinks with me from the UK, which I was glad about and enjoyed during my stay.
Second, there isn’t a great deal of entertainment or activities at the hotel. A wider variety of entertainment would definitely improve the overall experience.
Overall, it’s a good hotel if you value cleanliness, space and a good location, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to food, drinks and entertainment.
Amazing place, animation team are the best! 4th time here and will always come back! Good, cleanliness everything is unbelievable! Veli, laz, ibo are amazing and made the whole holiday so fun! Highly recommend to everyone!
Visiting as returning loyal guests from Iran for our second consecutive year at this wonderful resort, we were genuinely pleased to see many great improvements. The room and overall property cleanliness have stepped up remarkably (and we gladly tipped our dedicated housekeeping team for their great work!), the mosquito control was extremely effective, the evening garden parties were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere felt even better than last year. The themed nights (Turkish and Seafood) were also delightful. A special heartfelt thank you to the animation and guest relations team for making my daughter's birthday truly unforgettable—announcing her name during the show and thoughtfully decorating our room created such a joyful moment for our family. However, we faced a major disappointment regarding the SPA department. As loyal returning guests spending thousands of dollars here, we were shocked by the aggressive and suspicious attitude of the tall male receptionist who aggressively demanded the towel card before handing over a towel, acting as if dealing with a thief. Someone investing a significant budget in a resort stay is certainly not in a bind over a single towel; more importantly, treating any guest with such disrespectful suspicion is completely unacceptable under any circumstance. Additionally, fellow guests shared concerns regarding massage pricing discrepancies compared to initial agreements and subpar quality. Regarding dining, the A La Carte fish restaurant was decent overall, though the cooking technique, seasoning, and marination of the fish could definitely be elevated. Aside from that minor culinary refinement, the resort as a whole is lovely and we love returning. Management just needs to fix this HR/attitude issue in the SPA. I hope to see this resolved by next year!
