this hotel to be honest has suprised me despite the bad reviews. it has beautoful settings and sunset. food is good compare to an all inclusive. we stayed in a swim up room which was very useful. the workers are all nice and helpful BUT our most thank you is to mualla in the restaurant. she really does her job perfectly and most importantly she is working happily. shes always been very nice and always asked if we were ok. of course we are fine on holiday but her asking all the time made us feel important. not just us she was generally like that. hotels need people like her always. also sinan at the lobby as well as hakan, firat and zehra at the tea coffee bar they were all very nice and made us feel wanted. also cleaning ladies fadile and their manager i think was duygu they have been great as we were very untidy. thank you to all. was a great holiday
Nearly finished a week's holiday here and happy we didn't book 2 weeks. Family with 2 teenagers (16)
This is a standard 4 star hotel and not the level or quality of other hotels in Turkey so be cautious if you've been somewhere else before as you will likely be disappointed.
On arrival, 11.30pm we were just about greeted at reception. No information provided at all. WiFi wasn't activated still an hour after check in and told there was "soup" available at midnight.
The 2 x 16 Yr old being excited and hyper managed to get served vodka at the disco bar *not condoning this, however they then decided in their wisdom to remove the wristbands to try to get served again and we're accosted by one of the "night managers" who was intimidating & aggressive to say the least. The boys came back to us at the lobby bar and subsequently were followed by this man who walked over to us and gave me the same treatment. Rude, totally unacceptable and unnecessary behaviour. When I told him I'd be complaining he just sneered at me and said "you write, I don't care". This was a very unpleasant experience for the first 2 hours of being in the hotel. I am not arguing with his objective as the boys were wrong but it was how he handled it.
The Good *and some great
**no ice pops anywhere even in the shop 7. Overall feels clean, grounds are lovely with beautiful flowers
The bad:
The one beer available is passable, the red & white wine undrinkable. 3. If you don't smoke you cannot eat outside at restaurant as there is no designated area for smokers so it means you're constantly surrounded by cigarette smoke
Finally, the service is average with a few exceptions. The staff in the sunset bar have all tended to be very friendly. One or two only in main restaurant, and same in lobby bar. It's our last day/night so I'm going to try to get names of the ones who stood out because the differe nce is day & night!
I am utterly amazed at the lack of friendliness *and smiles. I've never been in an all inclusive resort where the lack of friendliness & service is so apparent.
This hotel has the potential to be an amazing hotel with a few changes.
We have just come back from here as a family of 5. 2 adults and 3 children for one week.
Rooms were good as there was two rooms one for the children and separate one for the adults. Rooms were basic but perfectly functional. Little mini fridge filled up with water, coke and Fanta daily.
Pools were great. 3 areas. The main pool, activity pool and slides area. One thing to mention, the tiles around the pool areas can be extremely slippery when wet. I was wearing sliders that had no grip and slipped over a coupe of times. If you are coming and with children then top tip bring crocs as found these were perfect and loads of grip!
Entertainment was great although late for the little ones like most places. Highly recommend going to the garden party and fire display night.
Food in my opinion was very poor. Not much choices for people and children from the UK. Most of the AI places generally you would find something but we really struggled and for this reason wouldn’t recommend this hotel which is a shame really as found the staff to very kind. Top tip get your food from the snack bar durning the day. They also had waffles and ice cream.
Had a couple of shops on the ground floor which sells everything prices are set and reasonable apart from the blow up floats, rings etc which were very expensive 28 euro for a ring. Top tip bring your own with you.
Beach was nice. Went down a couple of times to see the sunset. Well worth it for some nice photos. But avoid spending too much time after sunset as this is when we found we were getting a lot of bug bites!
All in, nice holiday. But for us the food was the biggest let down. Suggest Mr Cook in town if you are struggling.
Very lovely atmosphere . Amazing food and drink. Good and friendly staff. I would go again.
10/10 food is amazing, animation team hilarious and kind, pool games are fun and great for kids and all ages. rooms are clean and room service is brilliant
