The hotel with its distinctive architecture offers a wide variety of services and amenities, such as an Aquapark with water slides and various outdoor pools. Sports facilities include a football pitch, tennis and basketball as well as a gym and several water sports facilities including a diving school. The restaurants offer a range of dishes from Aegean and Turkish food over Italian food to international cuisine. Some of the restaurants and bars have fantastic views, so that guests can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. An ideal place for couples and families with children.

AVOID worse hotel ever stayed in, stayed in 3stars that’s much better than this. I would rate this a 2 star
Where do we start.. avoid it’s disgusting. Filthy rooms, dirty stained bedding, blood stained mattress, broken stairs, lift constantly out of order, water dripping from lift light, filthy corridors , cold food, warm drinks as constantly no ice and pouring out of plastic bottles. Stained towels, broken tiles around pool. 100 stairs to go down for the restaurant to the pool, this hotel needs shutting down it’s seriously a danger hazard. I’ve disputed this with my travel agents from the day I arrived for a full refund or changed to another hotel that’s how bad it is. Even health and safety inspectors been in today to inspect the food and kitchens as people been complaining to them.
Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Hygiene & Security Concerns
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing.
The hygiene standards were extremely poor. The rooms, hallways, and common areas were dirty and did not seem to be cleaned properly. Overall, the hotel felt more like a one-star hotel than the rating it claims.
The lobby had no proper air conditioning or ventilation, making it very uncomfortable to spend time there. The staff also appeared untidy and unprofessional.
The biggest concern was security. The safe box in our room was not working. During our stay, $300 went missing from our room, and my father-in-law also discovered that $1,000 was missing from his room. We cannot say what happened, but this experience made us feel that our belongings were not safe.
The swimming pool water was also very dirty and did not look well maintained.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and unfortunately, we would not choose this hotel again or recommend it to others.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were given a room that looked nothing like the photos shown in the hotel's offer. It was located in a separate building and looked more like staff accommodation than a guest room.
The view from the balcony overlooked air conditioning units and a messy service area. The room was dirty, and the beds appeared to be put together from mismatched parts. The bathroom was old and damaged, and there were no towels provided. We only managed to get some after searching for a member of staff and asking for them. It was only after two days of constantly arguing with the reception staff and the hotel manager, who repeatedly misled us by claiming there were no other rooms available, that our room was finally changed.
The new room in the main building was acceptable, but by then two out of our five days of holiday had already been wasted.
The food was decent, but not all of the water slides were operating, and the swimming pools appeared neglected. The beach was in poor condition as well and looked like it had not been renovated or properly maintained for a very long time.
For the price we paid, this hotel simply was not worth it, and I would not recommend staying there.
Abysmal. Berbat!
Food. Abysmal. Ate at the hotel ONCE were sick for two days! Never ate there again Service. Abysmal. Cleanliness. Abysmal. I had to fight for clean towels everyday.. NEVER got them. Got laughed at by reception. Received them on my LAST DAY. Room was never cleaned. Lifts always broken. Life to the beach has not worked all season. It’s a -1* hotel not 5 Lifeguards and animation only thing 5*
I wouldn't recommend staying there with your family
I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel with your family. The hotel was dirty, the restaurant was dirty, the rooms were dirty – dirty mattresses, towels full of holes. There was a mess everywhere. The food didn’t taste good. There was plenty of it, but it wasn’t good. The path down to the beach was dangerous. There’s no beach. Apart from the nice view, there was nothing special.
