Beautiful hotel with all the right facilities in a great location unfortunately it is badly run with food that you wouldn’t feed to a dog with catering practices that leave you ill we had seven in our party and four of us were ill cold food and poor quality ingredients like most places someone pooped in the pool and they still let people go in until finally stopping them for just 15 minutes to let them scoop out normally a pool would be shut for at least four hours to make it safe we complained nearly every day for two weeks and for half the holiday ate out and didn’t get ill again avoid at all cost the only All Inclusive where you go and lose weight

Family of 6 arrived 8th Aug for 1 week. All looked beautiful but sadly wasn't all it was made out to be. Food was not the best found hard to find food for us all. The snack bars were shocking like a school dinner hall. You was basically told what you was having. Plates all laid out prepared such as meat salad chips and a wrap which was left on the side lots of flies. When asked for anything other than what was in front of you staff became rude. Sunbeds well what a joke if not up for 6am you are not getting a sun lounger. So much for a relaxing holiday!! This hotel does not cater for the English at all. We had to eat out most days at the most amazing place casa blanca best family ran restaurant in kusadasi. The bonus was the rooms were good size and nice and clean. Mini fridge was full 1st day then nothing for rest of the week. We needed water 1 night asked a member of staff who was rude and said would need to pay for a bottle water for our room. Views are stunning and weather was lovely.
