The huge garden with colourful flowers, palm trees and date trees surrounds a fantastic pool landscape with two large outdoor pools and a children's pool. Younger guests will love the playground as well as the mini club and youth club, while adults will appreciate the relaxing spa facilities. Culinary options include various excellent restaurants and bars. A great choice for a family holiday.
kaan is the best and we had a great laugh together. the activities he did were very fun especially the water gym i would definitely recommend coming to meet kaan (ken) he is so kind and energetic.
I had such an amazing time with them and my family this past week, and we’ll definitely come back for our next holiday! Your entertainment shows were so beautiful, and we had such a great time throughout the day. If you come here, I definitely recommend not missing the water activities with Kaan🦦😂 And if you’re bringing your kids with you, you can leave them with Zahra at the mini club without any worries. She’s so kind and cute🥹 And if you want to swim in the water, don’t worry at all—Alper will be keeping an eye on you! 🤓☝🏻
Have visited this hotel once before a few years ago an it was pleasant. Visited again this year and the holiday was most enjoyable. Food in the restaurant was nice of a day time and the few evenings we stayed in, lots of selection we especially liked the outdoor food in the grill an ate from there a lot. We spent our 2 weeks at the quiet pool which was clean and tidy but not at quiet and relaxing as we would of liked due to loud music from the next door hotel and a very large group of Romanian family that thought they owned the pool, however this didnt spoil our time we would of just liked some of rhe rules to be more enforced sure as people having speakers around the pool quite loud, this being the quiet and relaxing pool should of had a stop to it but it didn't. Hotel is a little dated but it had everything we needed and was kept pretty clean and tidy which we liked. Staff on the pool bar (blonde hair) was brilliant, always happy and friendly towards all guests. I for one really enjoyed my stay and so did my family. There is a few little things like there being lots of steps, lifts taking forever and issues with other guests. Room was lovely clean an tidy and beds made daily, lovely views and plenty to do, Kaan the entertainment team was lovely friendly and chatty each day and made the effort to learn our names, this is something we like as we have spent lots of time in kusadasi and find that the entertainment team make a hotel. Reception team all friendly, wifi was great all over hotel. I cant really fault it if am being truthful. Location is good but is a little far out from the main town so a taxi is needed. Atmosphere is mostly friendly, staff were all nice with us.
We will definitely be visiting again.
The drinks are average the entertainment team have been single handedly held up by one person, Ken on the entertainment team is such a good sport and always so positive and happy. He goes above and beyond and has made our stay absolutely incredible.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Yes, some areas are a little dated, but that really adds to its charm. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, the gardens are absolutely stunning, and the whole hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery and flowers. It’s a really lovely place to relax and take in the views.
But what has truly made our holiday is the entertainment team, especially Ken. He has been absolutely amazing from start to finish! His energy, friendliness and personality have made such a difference to our holiday. He has gone above and beyond to make sure everyone is having fun and feeling included. You can tell he genuinely loves his job, and that really shines through. 🌟
Ken has been one of those people who you know we’ll remember long after the holiday is over. He has brought so much laughter and fun to our days and evenings and has genuinely made our experience at Fantasia even more special. ❤️
