The hotel is amazing especially the kids club.The club is managed by OZGE - she is friendly but professional.My grandaughter Delilah loved the club and all the activities that OZVE organised.One highlight was the Italian Pizza Party - so much time was taken preparing this.All the kids loved it. OZGe is an asset to the hotel and knowing she is here is a reason I would come back with Delilah. Thank you OZGE and KORAY

The hotel is billed as a 4 star, however they describe themselves as a 5 star ultra all-inclusive hotel. Sadly, I can’t agree with either description. I would respectfully suggest this is a 3 star at best, and not “ultra” all inclusive. The good points first: The lobby is attractive with comfortable seating, though this is in high demand and often it’s difficult to get a seat there. Which is a shame, as the drinks/cocktails there are head and shoulders above those served elsewhere on site. Most of the bar staff at the lobby bar were friendly and happy to make cocktails that weren’t on the menu. There are often quite long queues for drinks. I’ve paid a lot of money for espresso martinis in the past: these were included in our holiday cost and were better than ones I’ve paid for. Our room was comfortable but small. No issues with maintenance as has been reported by other guests, but for a family of 3 in a room clearly meant for a couple there was a distinct lack of storage and it was a tight fit. The room wasn’t actually cleaned or our beds changed at all in our 11 night stay, though our beds were made and towels changed when requested. The mattresses were quite hard but passable. The mini bar was replenished with water but nothing else, which surprises me given that the hotel claims to be ultra all inclusive. Surely that’s something that should be included too? The lifts are absolutely tiny (4 slim people max) and take a lot of time to arrive when called. Ok for us, I just got my steps in climbing 4 floors to my room every time I went there but not so good for people with mobility issues. The pool area is good but I second what another poster says about the loungers being crammed together. It’s a shame because we noticed towels on sun loungers from early morning, but no-one on them all day. The hotel doesn’t seem to do anything about this apart from banning beds being reserved before 7.30am. There are usually queues at the pool bars and the cocktails are really quite dire! The garden bar tends to be quieter however the male staff member there was sullen and difficult. Probably the reason why it was quieter because no-one would want to deal with that attitude while they were on holiday! Sadly, where the hotel falls apart is with the food. Trying to put a positive spin on it: I didn’t struggle to stay on a diet. I can’t describe it as anything other than slop. It was abysmal. I wasn’t poorly as some people have posted but it was luke warm, either extremely dry (turkey/meat) or pureed mush. A lot of dishes appeared to be stewed but I actually don’t know if this was the intention, or a fun game where the guest can guess what the meal was supposed to be before either it or the chef gave up the will to live. Desserts are normally neon coloured sponges with zero taste or super sweet baklava offerings. It’s also a bun fight for a table and adds an extra layer of stress to the experience. It’s hard to justify doing battle in the buffet when you don’t even know if there’s anything remotely edible on offer. The pool/snack bar food is also very poor: think 1980’s orange breadcrumbed chicken(?) nuggets and burgers that don’t seem to have ever seen meat in their lives. Even the resident cats balk at being offered it. I’m sure it was possible to find something to eat but I was very glad to experience a meal at the à la carte steakhouse restaurant. The staff there were lovely and the food was very good. The location of the sunset restaurant was great but the meal was quite poor. It was a relief to be out of the buffet bun fights though, even if just for a night. And if there is one thing you should do, please please please go to the Casablanca restaurant. Yes, it’s off site. Yes, it’s paying for a meal when you’ve already paid out for all inclusive. BUT… The food was absolutely incredible. I’ve paid vast amounts of money at Michelin restaurants and speciality steak venues before: this place knocks spots off them all and for a fraction of the price. The staff are so friendly and bend over backwards to accommodate. They’ll pick you up from the hotel and return you, both at times to suit you, so it’s a good way of being able to go into Kusadasi to see the sights/do some shopping without having to pay for a taxi yourself. Look out for Mustafa round the pool area, he’ll give you his WhatsApp number and you can just drop him a text. Such a friendly guy too. I’ve travelled to Turkey plenty of times before. Sadly this hotel is at the bottom of the list of places I’d return to. There are much better places out there. I would just like to say though, that it’s no disrespect to the staff, most of whom were lovely and friendly.
