Brilliant chilled family holiday
We stayed for 2 weeks in a party of 7. Hotel rooms were very nice and spacious, room divider was handy for kids. Hotel in general was very clean, always staff working on pathways and cleaning the pool area. Staff were always helpful. Entertainment was good although we never really stayed to watch any as the mosquitos were everywhere, every morning we'd wake up with more bites. The hotel do spray 3 times a day but unfortunately no sprays or repellents kept them away. The beach at night is beautiful at sunset.
Entertainment staff were friendly, Mert in particular went out his way to make the darts during the day fun for my kids. Friendly genuine guy if it wasn't for him my girls wouldn't have particapated as much, he's a star.
The waterpark next door was brilliant a good selection of slides and free access is a big bonus, great value for the money, my kids loved it.
I would love to go back to this hotel but they would need to sort the mosquito problem as that is the only thing that puts me off a little.
Kusadasi harbour is lovely we went out for a meal one night for a little treat/change and a little shopping
The a la carté restaurants especially the Chinese were excellent which you get one free for every week yous stay
Amazing family stay
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The food was good, varied and the drinks were also excellent. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations.
We would especially like to thank Mert, Tugay and Ellie for their outstanding service. They were all friendly, professional and always made us feel welcome.
We would like to give a special mention to Mert, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He was exceptionally kind and attentive, and he built a great relationship with our son, who absolutely loved him. Mert's warm personality and genuine care made a real difference to our holiday, and we are very grateful for everything he did.
Before we booked we saw lots of comments about insect issues but none of our group think it was any worse here than anywhere else in Turkey or the likes of Spain, Italy or Portugal.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

The hotel is spotless rooms beautiful first of all 2 people 2 mention mert from entertainment team brilliant and the grey haired fellow with blue shirt at breakfast what a guy alacarte restaurants awesome main buffet not so good worst part of hotel is location nothing near by overall very good hotel

We had the best holiday at Aqua Fantasy Hotel in Turkey. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The rooms were clean, the food was great with loads of choice, and the water park was so much fun. There was always something to do, and every day was full of laughs. The entertainment team made the holiday unforgettable, especially Mert. He was honestly the best person there. He was so friendly, funny, and always made sure everyone was having a great time. He got everyone involved, brought loads of energy every day, and made our holiday even more special. A massive thank you to Mert and the whole Aqua Fantasy team. We can’t wait to come back and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing holiday.
