Absolutely Brilliant
We had a one week stay at this hotel in early August.
We have done all inclusive before in Turkey at that was amazing and we said you have to go some to beat that place. This was by far better.
First thing to note is the cleanliness of the hotel and grounds, spotless and the staff work so hard to keep it that way.
We are not that family, but if we were the family that always tries to find something to complain about then we would have seriously struggled.
Secondly, the food was amazing, so much choice and all freshly prepared. The cakes and desserts were also amazing
Thirdly the Aqua park was great, loads of shoots and rides etc, the queues were manageable sometimes longer that others but really was no drama, remember you're on holiday, relax and enjoy the people watching. The life guards are also very attentive and ensure your safety at all times. You queue for a ride, get to the top and you are a inch under height or don't meet the right weight criteria then they won't let you on. Disappointing I'm sure but safety is paramount, there are loads of others to choose from.
Beach was great, can walk out as far as the end of the pier and beyond and you can still stand. Not such clear water as the really glittery sand is swirling but nice and soft on foot. Fish are swimming in the shallow depths so must be nice and clean.
Never struggled to get a sun bed on the beech or at the pool.
Also the rooms are cleaned everyday, and as room service noticed my birthday cards in the room, they done a neat little thing with the towels recognising my birthday.
It was a great, hassle free holiday where the hotel just wraps it's arms around you from the minute you enter through it's doors and takes care of you.
Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Great hotel for families with fab waterpark and beach

Watersports opportunities vast. We sailed with the team on the beach ( ikmer and Cemal) which was great value, fun and really enjoyable experience

Nice Enough Hotel in Secluded Area
The hotel is situated with a TUI blue hotel and in a generally remote location. Fine for us as we had just planned on staying at the hotel and water park in any case so no worries there.
Hotel is clean. Hotel is Tidy and well kept. Staff are great and very welcoming and polite.
Food is very good to be fair, lots of different choices across the week in the main restaurant. For us the star of the show is the Pearl restaurant for Lunch. Fab place outdoors to get lunch with some good food choices.
You can get fed here 24 hours per day - there is always food of some description on offer.
Only thing they could do is to stop putting the mats from the table onto chair seats when they clean the tables! Then put the cutlery straight back on to it. Someone has just sat on that chair - small issue nothing major as there is lots of cutlery available on the tables,
Rooms nice, clean, well kept, toiletries provided for you if you need them. Lots of towels also.
Beach area is fab as well.
Pool area could be better, I like to relax on holiday and it would be nice to have the music switched off for a short time or at times the volume lowered a little bit. Yes there is a quiet pool but it has a no kids policy so that doesn’t work for us.
Water park is great and keeps the kids entertained. Yes you have to pay for stuff if you want it like drinks and food. To put it in perspective I had two Pepsi max and a beer and it was about £8, now I do not think that is too bad at all.
Sunbeds!!
I have been here fur the last week and have never, ever struggled to find 4 sun-beds together and that has been after 1000 or 1100 everyday. Even after going to the waterpark and returning around 1400 - no issues at all.
All in all would I come here again?

Exceptional experience, the entertainment team are incredible at what they do! Especially Lütfullah (aka magic fingers) he’s an incredible magician and just overall a lovely person who makes you feel welcome and entertained! Me & my boyfriend have absolutely loved this holiday!
