Sentido Sea Star

Annemle birlikte bu yılki tatil rotamızı 6. kez Sea Star Marmaris'e çevirdik. Bir otele bunca yıl üst üste gitmek dışarıdan bakıldığında şaşırtıcı gelebilir. Fakat otelin sunduğu güven ve kaliteyi yaşadıktan sonra yeni bir otel arayışına girmek tamamen gereksiz hissettiriyor.

Zaman geçtikçe pek çok otelin hizmet standartlarında dalgalanmalar veya düşüşler yaşanması maalesef sık karşılaşılan bir durum. Sea Star'ın en büyük başarısıysa tam olarak burada yatıyor. Yıllardır çizgilerinden hiçbir şekilde taviz vermediler. Temizlik, yemeklerin çeşitliliği ve lezzeti, havuz ve plaj düzeni her zamanki gibi mükemmeldi. Hatta mevcut standartlarını korumakla kalmayıp, her gelişimizde çıtayı biraz daha yukarı taşıdıklarını görmek çok sevindirici.

Bizi buraya bağlayan en önemli detaylardan biri de otelin ruhu. İşini severek yapan, misafirini baş tacı eden ve onlarla güler yüzle ilgilenen profesyonel ekibi görmek insana güven veriyor. Üstelik otelde bizim gibi burayı alışkanlık haline getiren, her yaz aynı dönemde karşılaştığımız yerli ve yabancı pek çok tanıdık yüz var. İnsanların macera aramayıp yıllarca aynı adreste buluşması, otelin başarısının en net kanıtı.

Bizim için Sea Star, bir tatil mekanından çok, her yıl büyük bir keyifle döndüğümüz huzurlu bir ev haline geldi. "Acaba sürpriz yaşar mıyım" gibi endişeler taşımadan, ödediği ücretin tam karşılığını almak isteyen herkese burayı gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. 7. kez görüşmek dileğiyle.

The clue is in the name and its ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way. As many reviews have said everything about the hotel is luxurious, they go above and beyond in making sure your experience is first class.

My wife and I could not have asked for more as from the moment we arrived you are immediately put at ease with their kindness and helpfulness with the luggage. To offering food and drink on arrival in the early hours particularly after a long drive from the airport it was very welcome.

The staff are all hard working, friendly and genuine which are traits that make the hotel a special place, impeccable service. Your spoilt for choice with food as seen in other reviews it's lovely I also recommend the chef's bbq area as well. The decision to rest by the wonderful pool or crash on the hotel's well maintained beach, great. The room was lovely and the air conditioning much needed after the heat of the day. The bed is hard however we found very comfortable after taking in the surroundings at night from the hotel's promenade.

The a la carte menu steak was cooked to perfection, service amazing and being our anniversary made it a meal we won't forget, could even be the best. I can see why people don't won't to over sell the hotel and have it for themselves, because it really is a pleasure to stay here and can definitely see a return in the future.

Sea star shines bright in Icemeler and with a busy Marmarus nearby the hotel is perfectly located in a environment you will love. If I've sold it to you then I'll only be jealous that we're still not there now! 😁 Thanks for a wonderful holiday Sea Star you took away our stress in the UK and replaced it with pure Turkish relaxation.
