Had a fantastic weeks stay at the Seastar, either my husband 16 year old son. The hotel is in a fab location and a very short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. It also is on the promenade with access to its own private beach superbly looked after by Mehmet. The staff at this hotel are the most friendliest people ever. Nothing was too much trouble and every member of staff had a smile on their face and looked like they wanted to be there. Waiting on you by the pool, in the dining room, and the snack bar. They were amazing. The hotel is absolutely spotless and the maids work so hard. Our bed was decorated with roses on arrival and get even did my sons room. Bar stocked up daily. It is quiet at night but we didn't mind as we like to ealj out to bars. Food was lovely woth a great and varied choice. The steak at the Al la carte was the best ive ever had and the kebabs on Turkish night were delicious. We were lucky enough to be there fir Turkush victory day and got to witness the great show that staff put on. Only negative comment was that the curtains didn't fit the window and so got lots of light in room from big hotel next door, but I will definitely be back.
Just arrived back from spending 10 nights at seastar,the hotel was excellent and beautiful maintained and exceptionally clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived especially the waiters in the restaurant and the staff behind the bar,any queries we had at reception were dealt with promptly and professionally. The hotel is in an excellent location right on the beach and a couple of minutes walk to shops,bars and restaurants. The only negative was the lack of evening entertainment but we knew that was the case when we booked but a little bit of lively music on an evening would have been appreciated. Thank you to all the staff for having us and we would definitely return.
Lovely hotel & staff . 1 in particular fatima outstanding service always has a smile on her face nothing is too much trouble for her . People like Fatima make holidays that much better .
Second time we have stayed here and unfortunately did not meet our expectations. Could not fault the cleanliness of the hotel. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied every day. Drinks were excellent especially cocktails. The food now lets the hotel down . Breakfast is good and plenty of choice. Unfortunately Lunch and Evening Meal very repetitive. Tomato soup ( not home made ) was served nearly every day . Chips cold and a lot of main courses barely warm . Salad and desserts plentiful. Grill was quite good especially the fish . I’m not a fussy eater but for the food is that of a three star hotel . My husband had beef and salad rolls three lunches in a row . The snack bar in the afternoon is good and Cihat the waiter provided excellent service as do all the waiting staff . Orhan was our waiter most days in the restaurant. Unfortunately I am sorry to say we will not be visiting again .
Perfect hotel, restaurant and is complet staff with is boss Recep are excellent et reac to serve anyone. Room cleaning is very ok. Spécial dédicace to Fatma, Metin, Yaren ... big kisses from Belgium. We will come back next year with big pleasure.
