Amazing hotel food pretty much all the time which you don’t get in most places the snack bar was always nice and the entertainment was fantastic they are a great bunch Imam,Heaven,Leah,kwiz,dom,jimmy and I can remember the other one’s names but they were all fantastic I had so much fun will definitely go back next year for sure
i would 110% recommend, i had a lovely welcome into the hotel. Staff and the hotel team are so lovely too be around. Hotel rooms and facilities were immaculate and helpful. i will definetly be booking to go back next year. xx
Just enjoyed another great holiday at the Orka. We had a really good room which was well serviced. The food was very good, particularly the fresh fruit and vegetables. The restaurant staff looked after us really well under the watchful eye of Bilal. The staff showed how well they were organised when, just before dinner, the heavens opened and the restaurant had to be quickly reconfigured to ensure all guests ate in the dry.
The bars, both in the hotel and on the beach, had a good range of drinks and kept us well supplied!
We are returning guests and the reason we keep going back is that the hotel is well run and the staff look after us, make us feel welcomed and ensure that we have a good holiday. All being well, we will be returning next year.
Hello, During the last week of September, I spent my holiday at Orka Lotus Beach with some friends. We had a great time. The hotel is located in a beautiful and attractive area. We had a wonderful sea view from our room, and the beach is only a few minutes’ walk away. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom is very well designed and thoughtfully adapted to guests’ needs. As for the food, after a few days it becomes a little repetitive because of the recurring menu. The drinks are not the highest quality either. I think the best ones were served in the Lobby. However, the biggest advantage of this place is definitely the themed evenings! The entertainment team really knows how to make your time enjoyable and how to surprise you. I truly admire them because during the day they organize activities for children as well as games and competitions for adults. I had the pleasure of meeting two people from this amazing team: Kwiz, a wonderful girl who clearly loves what she does, and Imar (sorry if I spelled his name incorrectly), a guy who has enough energy for 100 people! Music was great!!! Thanks to such a fantastic team and the great people working at the hotel, I’m giving Orka Lotus Beach 4 out of 5. Best regards, Kamil
Lovely location and foyer area.
Rest of the hotel needs serious tlc and maintenance. Looks very tired in some areas.
Adult pool didn't have anyone staffing it so you helped yourself, which was ok if you liked beer until that ran out.
Food was ok but was generally the same dishes rotate from lunch to dinner.
Most of the staff were lovely with some exceptions. The wait staff in the restaurants were lovely and pleasant but the bar staff were miserable.
This is certainly not a 5 star hotel and is more a 2 to 3.
