Amazing hotel, fab holiday, Alex was brilliant, can not fault our time here coming back next year, book now you won’t be disappointed

This is our 15th holiday since 2020 around Europe, but this place is something else, excellent entertainment and the friendliest staff you could ever meet, they cant do enough to please you and Alex head of entertainment is the best guy ever..... we're 100% coming back in 2027.

Honest review after being back not even 24 hours 😢 💔💔💔

We- a family of 8 altogether honestly had the best time, we only ate in one evening out of 10- we wanted to eat out anyway so can’t say much about the evening meals- pool and snack bar was all fab.. something to eat everyday- it’s all the same food every day but wraps, burgers, chips, nuggets etc- we enjoyed it. We arrived early hours of the morning and the rooms were dated and had a sewage smell and the fridge was old and a bit grim however our first day they was fitting all new fridges in the block (block C), once we’d woke up the next day we didn’t care about the smell so much as it was mainly the evening when it smelt (think we was all just tired and miserable) we was literally in the room to get ready, shower and sleep… we didn’t ever sit out on the balcony as we was up and out and then coming in later on an evening after entertainment etc. We was looking to go back next year while we was still on our holiday and we’ve made up our choice and definitely want to return next year. We did a mixture of things- Taxi to Dalaman to Roxy’s (defo rate that!), Medusa pirate trip which stops you off in turunc and marmaris, got tattoos at the hotel, the hammam/spa day and the kids chocolate massage, jet skis, got our photos done etc. with eating out for a family of 5 we spent around £1200 for 10 nights but we wasn’t shy on what we was doing as we knew we won’t be on holiday again until next year 🙂 And finally the staff were all brilliant- so so friendly and chatty every day, always making time for us.
