Located in the resort of Icmeler, the hotels are approximately 200m from the beach and a 3 minute walk from the centre. The larger resort of Marmaris is 8km from the Mersoy Bellavista and easily reached by public transport. Consisting of 75 rooms, the hotel offers modernly styled and comfortable accommodation and features a popular bistro restaurant. Offers two diffirent consept at the hotel: Family section and Adult Section. No children under 14 years of age are accepted to Adults Only Section. There are different types of rooms to serve the need of guests: The hotel is home to 160 rooms split over a family and adults only blocks, including twenty five suites with lavish décor in the adult only block. In Adults Only Section,there are standard pool & Suite rooms to choose from. In Family Section, there are standard & Family rooms to choose from. as contemporary designs and light colors, they are suitable with Mersoy Bellavista brand. important information: standart and family room reservations can not be used in the adult section.
I don’t normally write reviews, however it’s my duty to warn others considering this hotel. Upon arrival there was no one at reception, and I immediately was warned by other guests what to expect. The place is dated, however we can deal with that. There were mattresses in the corridor. The bathroom sink was cracked and dirty. Hairdryer broken and dangerous to use. The toilet had not been cleaned either. The bed had been made, however the sheets looked like Bonnie Blue used them last. The cabinet drawer wouldn’t stay shut making getting to the balcony difficult. My wife was visibly upset at this, and so we went for a drink downstairs.. The bar was not clean and the glasses provided were disgusting. We stayed the night due to arriving around 7pm.. We both stayed in our travel clothes to avoid any hygiene issues. Wifi is hit and miss. Next morning, like others who had arrived that evening (and could afford it) we booked into another hotel. We are regular travellers and have never had this sort of experience anywhere previously. I’m now looking to get a refund from my travel agency.
I wish I had read all the negative reviews before I booked! It was a cheap holiday, so we weren’t expecting the Ritz or even more than average, but we couldn’t even imagine the ways this was so bad. When we arrived we didn’t even think it was our hotel, the pictures are very old and it is so run down now, falling apart and mouldy. Our key card didn’t ever work. There were old mattresses in the corridor (see pic). Our room wasn’t cleaned once all week. We had to literally steal toilet rolls. There was mouldy bread left in the stairwell all week (see pic). They clearly don’t believe in cleaning or lighting the building. The “all inclusive” is only for a short period of time for both food and drink. There was such a limited and repetitive selection of food, all we literally ate all week for every meal was chips. There was no bottled water and a selection of drinks you can count on your fingers. They even ran out of beer. The staff just don’t care. There was no nice welcome or any assistance as to how to find our room when we asked. If you’re lucky they’re at the bar when they’re supposed to be and then they’re on their phones or smoking. They play music so loud it hurts your eardrums and you can’t hear each other to order. With the cheap price, there were also customers we would have preferred not to share a space with, keeping us up all night swearing and shouting at each other and bashing things or setting off the fire alarm. This was obviously not the hotel’s fault, but they didn’t manage it well and most of their shouting and swearing was voicing their discontent at the terrible standard of the hotel. We have been put off going to Turkey for life and will never buy a cheap holiday again! We thought it would be okay as it was through Thomas Cook, so we were surprised and very unhappy and won’t use them again either.
Believe the reviews. we arrived to the man on the desk screaming at a guest that should have given us the clue how our week went to our rooms to get cleaned up after a long nights travel the water didn't work got it back on had a quick shower then it went again . I could go on but the only advantage of our room was you could see when the bar over the road was open if you are planning to stay here bring extra money as you'll be eating out.
Arrived in the early hours of 30 September with my Husband, was taken into the Exclusive reception where they could not find my resovation! I showed them my reference ect & they said OK & issued me a room! We were given a twin not double room, returned to reception & explained, the boy then had to check! He allocated me another room & said if more problems come back tomorrow as reception is closed now! This room was really dirty & had no bedding. We slept in our travel clothes & coat as it was cold & 4am! 8am went to Bellavista reception to be told it was no longer in use & would have to report to the Exclusive reception! A man introduced himself as the manager, I explained we were very cold with no bedding & how dirty the room was he told me to come back at 11pm, having read a review of this excuse I said NO you are the manager & I am here now, you can deal with it, He replied NO! Go away or I will call the police on you! I showed him my photos of the room which changed his attitude, he filmed the photos & allocated me another room & told me if I complain again I will be arrested! This room was a little cleaner but had bedding! We got changed to sit on the pool side to start our holiday, within 10mins a child was banging on tables & shouting, we booked an adult only Hotel. We got a diet Pepsi which was a great start. The restaurant then opened so we went in, we had Mackerel & chips, decided not to have dessert as there was flies all over them. The food was stone cold & the fish was full of bones. We decided we would not eat in there again. We returned to the pool to find a group of drunk adult males shouting, Music blaring & splashing guests. Another of the guests complained to Exclusive reception & was told as it was inconvenient Bellavista you have to report to their reception! At 3pm I went to the bar to get another Pepsi to be told bar now closed & have to get drink from the Exclusive Bar, had to go through the hotel, cross the road, into the pool area to get a drink! Next day those males were at the pool side already so we decided to try the Exclusive Pool, got 2 sun bed & drinks, chilled for a bit, I noticed a couple of pieces of glass next to the pool, I picked it up & told the bar staff & requested someone come to sweep. Later I went to get myself another Pepsi & they refused me as I smash glasses, some other guests had to get us our drinks. I was banned from the Exclusive bar for my entire stay! We decided we would not stay on site anymore. Went to the beach where the people were all very lovely, we were looked after by the sunset beach bar, they were also reasonably priced for food & drink. The town was like a maze at first with lots of shops selling the same things & we found lots of restaurants to choose from. We only went back to our Hotel room to change or sleep. The shower button didnt work so had to use a hair band to hold it up, no plug in the bath & 2 days had no running water. Ceiling tile was broken. TV was blue screen & the air conditioning unit was taped together & there was a window from bedroom to bathroom which you can see the person on the loo from the bedroom through the gaps in the blind. Every night 1am-2am staff would try to enter our room which we were thankful for a working door bolt. We asked about it & was told the pool facing rooms are the nicest & rarely allocated to guests so staff use them on their nights off!!
Only thing I can say good about this hotel is the bed was ok. Food not good, pool not cleaned, no drink but gin vodka beer but smelt like the drains. Staff not helpful and water kept stopping. Went all Inc but had to go out every day for food and drinks. Photos on site are all fake,don't know how holiday sites can advertise resorts,hotels without checking them out first. No holiday rep to talk to. A lot of people left and booked another hotel which cost them even more. Should be shut down. Do not go to this hotel you will be very disappointed
