Mehmet is incredibly friendly, energetic and always has a smile on his face. His positive attitude and genuine interaction with guests really make a difference. He is always helpful, welcoming and does everything he can to make sure everyone has a great time.
Even if you don’t feel like joining in at first, Mehmet’s enthusiasm will soon have you getting involved and having fun! 😄
We stayed at Marti Resort with my two daughters, one in her early twenties and the other in her late twenties, and we’ve had such a lovely holiday. The service has been excellent throughout our stay. The staff really can’t do enough for you and have always been friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a sea-view room, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was really spacious, with just three steps leading down into another area of the room, which made it feel even bigger. The air conditioning worked well, although with temperatures reaching around 37°C on some days, it wasn’t ice cold – but it definitely gave us some welcome relief from the heat! One example of the excellent service was on our first day. My daughter was asleep in the room and asked housekeeping not to come in, so the room wasn’t serviced that day. When we returned later, we rang reception to ask for some fresh towels and bathroom essentials. Within minutes, someone arrived with everything we needed. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. A special mention has to go to Alex, the Entertainment Manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He organised a boat trip for us with several stops for swimming in the sea, and it was honestly the best day out we could have asked for. Thank you, Alex! We’d also like to give a special mention to Elif from the entertainment staff, who made us feel really welcome from the start. She was friendly and helpful and made sure we always knew where and when the entertainment was taking place, which we really appreciated. The food is good. As you would expect from a large all-inclusive resort, it has to cater for a lot of different tastes, but there was always something nice to eat and we enjoyed the food that was available. There is also a lovely adults-only dining area and bar, which we really enjoyed. It was especially nice in the evening and made dinner feel that little bit more special and relaxing. For me, though, one of the absolute best things about this resort is the accessibility to the sea. I have reduced mobility and normally really struggle to get into the sea, but Marti Resort has a ramp going directly into the water with handrails. This was an absolute game changer for me and meant I could actually enjoy swimming in the sea. It made such a difference to my holiday and is something I wish more hotels offered. I also wanted to mention the toilet facilities for anyone visiting with mobility issues. The toilets immediately by the pool do have a few steps, but don’t let this put you off. About the same distance in another direction there are accessible toilets, along with showers and disabled facilities. Once we knew where these were, accessibility really wasn’t an issue. Overall, we found the majority of the resort very accessible. The only area we found difficult was Physcos Bar, which appears to only have step access. Unfortunately, a lot of the evening entertainment also takes place there, so it would be fantastic if the hotel could look at making this area accessible in the future. We’ve had a fantastic stay. The location is beautiful, the sea views are gorgeous, the staff are exceptional, the food is good and the accessibility features have made a huge difference to my holiday. I would definitely recommend Marti Resort and would happily return.
If you want a nice holiday. Saty away from this hotel .all day loud thumping music .boom. boom. Boom. Boom. If you rap music .so down to the front beach for a quite day .no.4000 watts on the beach .boom. boom. Boom. Ok we will sleep tonight. No chance from 8pm till midnight rap boom. Boom and more boom .so take earplugs plus ear defenders if you want an early night no chance .I would not go to this hotel if it was free
Just got home from what can only be described as a perfect week at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived until the second we left, it was perfect. The staff are a real credit to this hotel, they are all so friendly and nice. We arrived and were given a room upgrade which was amazing, the room was huge and had the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in in any hotel.the place is just amazing, so clean and nice. The pool areas were amazing and never had any problem getting a sun bed and the same on the beach. The food was not to our taste but there was always plenty to chose from and we always found something to eat. I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough, my our only regret is that we didn’t stay for 2 weeks. We will definitely be back. Thank you all and see you again soon.
Myself and 2 friends arrived on a Monday afternoon. Greeted at the front desk by the reception manager,he was lovely. He gave us an upgrade to a pool view room. Our bags were taken to our beautiful, clean room. Clean towels daily. Beds made but I cant say our 2 rooms were cleaned. Floor still dirty and fresh cigarette buts on the balcony (we are non smokers). Pool areas are spotless and chilled. A lack of interaction from animation team except Alex who was amazing and worked very hard. Food in the buffet restaurant was very nice,not hot but tastey. Always able to get loungers and tables. Snack bar was very nice but lack of communication between staff. Very unhappy lady at the pool bar during the day so we tended to use the lobby bar where the staff were lovely and drinks were nicer. The resort is beautiful and clean. Im glad I went with friends and not took my children (7 +12) as I didn't see anything for them to do,at all. We saw the drifters singing on the Monday night,they were absolutely fantastic. We left the resort all of the other nights. I have to say a big thank you to the reception manager who sorted out a few issues we had. Would I return..... yes BUT it wasn't worth the ridiculous amount of money it cost us and I wouldn't take my children,it would possibly be with my husband but it was very expensive for what it was. I only ever do 4* and all inclusive, this was not the best one I have done.
