GRAND AQUARIUM RETUNING CUSTOMER
Returning customer:- Have been to this hotel 4 times a year now for the past 4 years . I travelled a lot but this is definitely my home from home go to. Family friendly. The hotel is a little gem tucked away in icmeler. Has everything you need and more for your holiday. Jam packed with activities all day and night. Can’t thank the entertainment team enough for all the hard work and hours they put in to making our holiday the very best. BIG SHOUT OUT to chief entertainer GG , Bucky, Cedric, Charlie, Kids Entertainment Ozge, Aisha . How they work around the clock non stop in that heat with a constant smile on their faces keeping everyone entertained is insane . They never forget your name . Also the bar staff restaurant manager Kemi, Mike, Ben & Samet and all bar staff, who keep your drinks flowing and food is lovely. Much nicer in the restaurant than going out. Prices very reasonable. Hotel is self catering and has all you need in the kitchenette . Cleaners work hard and kept our room immaculate. English speaking 24 hour Reception staff are always friendly and efficient, always smiling and ready to help with anything. Exchanging into lira , ordering us food and taxis. At times their help was invaluable. Hairdresser Yasin @master of hair , on site is probably the best hairdresser Iv been to and offers great prices for all hair and beauty. Spa on site . AMAZING and defo worth a visit. It also has a little shop on site and closes early hours in the morning . Kids club. Games room. Day/Evening entertainment. Slide with waterfall. Pool is heated in the cooler months . Hotel is only a short dolmus ride only 60 lira into icmeler or taxi outside reception 300 lira . Marmaris by dolmus also 60 lira Approx 20 min ride. Hotel is also part of a group. Annex on the doorstep or a 10 min walk to Club Aquarium. Some rooms have hot tubs/spa. Iv stayed in standard one bedroom rooms that can sleep up to 4 people, and 2 bedroom can sleep up to 6 people. Pull out sofas in the living area are very comfortable. Hotels are a short ride to icmeler beach . Cannot forget to mention Saliye who is like a mother to staff and guests . Always there if you need her. And boss YAMAN the master at the helm. 😂 Thank you for absolutely EVERYTHING. !!! 🫶🫶🫶 SEE YOU ALL AGAIN VERY SOON. 😍🫶😍

Brilliant holiday
What can I say?! Amazing stay with my family, kids had an absolute ball and so did we. The staff work so hard to entertain, serve and help at any request. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our holiday. Having just got married, it was the perfect break. Gigi, Cedric and Bucky were very entertaining and always smiling and friendly. Sally the manager was great too, she was always present and at hand if needed.
A lovely family holiday
We are staying here now and we love it. Everyone works super hard to make sure everyone is happy. The rooms are beautiful, the entertainment staff are fantastic.

Fantastic family holiday at Grand Aquarium
This was our first time at Grand Aquarium with our two girls (14 years & 18 years)
The staff throughout the hotel are all fantastic and very pleasant. The entertainment team work so hard day & night and have a real nice way of engaging with the guests. They all took time to talk to you and seemed to remember all guest names. Special mention to Gee Gee who added a real vibe to the hotel.
The restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly and very attentive. Quick bar service and very good value meals.
We arrived very late and the reception staff were excellent with explaining everything. They took our suitcases to our room which was very welcomed after a long day. You can hire safe and air-con at a reasonable price.
The hotel grounds are very pretty and well maintained. Our room was very modern and comfortable. The cleaner went in most days and did an excellent job. It’s a 20-minute walk to the beach or there is a regular dolmus bus just outside the hotel which is very cheap.
The manager Saliye introduced herself on our first morning and was on hand and very visible during our stay. You could go to her with any issues or for any advice on anything. kept you up to date of what entertainment was going on around the hotel. Lovely lady
I think the staff across the whole hotel is definitely the hotels best asset and we would definitely not hesitate at returning.
