Stayed here for 12 nights, location is perfect less than a minute from the beach and overlooking the canal, so convenient to all the bars and restaurants! Rooms are basic but have everything you need including a safe and air conditioning. Entertainment most nights ranging from tributes, bingo and karaoke, Ash the entertainer was very friendly and got everyone involved, but we went out most nights as lots of entertainment in the surrounding bars. Bar staff are very friendly and remember your drink orders as your holiday goes on. Food here is shocking, we were all inclusive and ate out more times than we ate at the hotel, every day was pretty much the same and ok if you like chicken nuggets and chips as this was available for the whole 12 nights we were here! You are definitely better off going self catering as lots of lovely restaurants in Icmeler and very reasonably priced! Restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Arda who always goes the extra mile to help, We heard from other guests that Mehmet is the restaurant manager and has been at the fortuna hotel for many years but it’s very apparent that he goes the extra mile for his favourite guests only and does not treat everyone the same, we found him to be rude and very abrupt but apart from him all the other staff were friendly enough! Would I stay here again…No purely down to the food and a member of staff’s attitude. We love Turkey so will be coming back but self catering as lots of good self catering hotels in good location!

Location is just off the beach right beside the canal , gives it a great starting point for any holiday . You have access to many restaurants and shops which are all just a short walk away. The restaurant guys are out of this world! Will do anything for you! Memhet has been there for years and you can tell , He remembers names and drinks for the people that return year after year! Then you have Suphi the bar manager who runs a tight ship keeping everyone’s drinks filled and the bar filled ! Volkan , Hactan, Gorken, Enes ,Sekven and all the other guys are just wonderful. They help make your holiday special 🥰 the rooms are cleaned daily, the mains if you make the attempt are lovely and friendly. I would say this hole is value for money, the staff make it feel like a 5 Star ⭐ the food is restricted which makes it a 3 Star ⭐ . I’m fussy but have still found something to eat every day. We have stayed for 14 nights 1 bad day of weather which we dealt with 🤣
We had a fantastic holiday teh location of the hotel is perfect close to the beach and within easy walking distance of everything the food was lovely and the staff couldn't do enough for us we also decided to try the hair and beauty salon in the hotel and were so glad we did . I had microblading done and absolutely loved the result we also and manicures pedicures and wash blow dries great prices lovely people and very professional service it was really nice addition to our holiday
We had such a lovely holiday here and really enjoyed our stay the food was delicious is in great central location and very close to the beach all the staff were friendly welcoming always happy to help you we made some wonderful memories during our holiday we also used hair and beauty salon inside the hotel and were very impressed the prices were very reasonable and the service was excellent we as manicures pedicures and wash blow dries and micro blading were really happy with everything would definitely recommend
