Entertainment team was amazing, especially Helen. They kept the mood alive, and kept us entertained everyday. Felt very included with activities.
Antonio from the spa was also amazing, he helped us out with finding shops, was patient, friendly , spoke to us everyday and was a big highlight of the whole holiday. Deffo recommend a spa treatment for the first day too!
Deserts!!! They were amazing every night.
Cons:
Main food was okay, quite repetitive. A lot of carbs, not so much protein other than chicken if that’s your taste.
The staff putting phones down to hold tables in the restaurant for certain guests, when it is really busy! Spent 15 minutes walking around empty tables ‘reserved’ for guests that didn’t turn up for 30 mins/1hr! Really made us feel unwelcome/unworthy.
Walls are very thin, just be aware of what you say/do.
Overall, It was a good time, good value for the money you pay.
Great hotel for the price Helen from entertainment team keeps the place alive making sure everyone feels welcome and included. along with Antonio from the spa he spoke to us everyday to make sure we were having a good time and helped out massively. The spa on the first day is a must as it’s a great deal which you are offered and will prep you for your holiday. The food is okay nothing special but that’s what you get when going all inclusive, same for the drinks. The rooms are dated though and could do with an upgrade, the walls are also very thin so may hear your neighbours. Overall Helen, the entertainment team and Antonio were the main reasons we felt so welcomed and enjoyed our holiday without them the place wouldn’t be what it is.

Had a GREAT TIME Hotel spotless. Great Staff in all departments. but PLEASE PLEASE visit the Beauty salon as SEBNEM the hairdresser was exceptional. She also did an AMAZING job of my Girlfriends. Eyebrows when She had them Microbladed. Also a MASSIVE thanks to the Girls in the Hotel Spa Centre we had Turkish Bath and couldn't stop going for the massages the girls are amazing and got rid of all our aches and pains. THANKS A LOT NIGEL and TASHA
