We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. A special thank you to Barkın and Eren at the reception for their friendly attitude and helpful support. They assisted us quickly with everything we needed and made our stay way more enjoyable.
What a holiday!
All the staff were lovely and were always helpful. Special mention to yusef ( aka jimmy), barron the barman, orham the barman, couldn't do enough for us. Room was a little small with not much storage but otherwise it was nice. We was around the back with a sea view on the first floor, all music finishes at 1am. We could see marmaris from our balcony, although the balcony was quite small, not a massive issue. Cleaners went in everyday, changed the beds and always had clean towels. Food was lovely and there was always a good choice and we never had a bad meal. Anyone wishing to have a massage, we highly recommend! Osaf ( think that was his name), is a lovely man who will come round and show what packages they have, without being pushy. We went for 3 different massages which was £200 for both of us. And they were amazing! While we were there my partner proposed ( low key) but some friends we met while staying at Elite organised us a surprise with the hotel. And they along with some of the staff brought out a cake for us which was lovely! Always plenty of sunbeds even when we went round the pool after 10am. Would recommend eliteworld in icemilar and will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Elite World Hotel and would like to thank the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Katerina at the reception was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. She made our check-in smooth and ensured we had everything we needed.
Yusuf, the bellboy who carried our luggage to the room and showed us around, was always smiling, friendly, and a real pleasure to meet. His positive attitude made a great first impression.
At the Coffee Company, Hatice served us with warmth and kindness every time. She clearly enjoys her job, and her friendly personality made every coffee break even more enjoyable.
Beyza, who handled our reservation, was incredibly efficient and made sure that every detail was perfectly arranged before our arrival. Everything worked exactly as planned thanks to her professionalism.
Çetin, the restaurant chef, was outstanding. It was obvious that he takes great pride in his work and constantly made sure that everything was prepared and presented to perfection.
A special thank you also goes to Dr. Mustafa, who I believe is the Food & Beverage Manager. He has an outstanding personality—highly professional, kind, approachable, and always willing to help. His attention to guests and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully located in one of the best parts of Marmaris Bay. It is exceptionally well managed, spotlessly clean, and maintained to a very high standard.
Every member of the staff was polite, caring, and genuinely dedicated to making our holiday as enjoyable as possible. Their hospitality and professionalism truly set this hotel apart.
Thank you to everyone at Elite World Hotel for such a memorable stay. If we return to Marmaris for another holiday, we will definitely choose this hotel again, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service and a relaxing stay.
