Pool

Rooms aren’t clean (see photo- disgusting stain on wall next to bed which was there when we arrived!) bathroom has mold on the ceilling and water smells awful. Food is not good at all as it’s cold, the deserts were all awful and the bars close at 11pm? We felt like burdens every time we asked for drinks even though we paid for all inclusive. 
Staff aren’t friendly other than one or two of them and nothing is catered to English people at all if anything we didn’t feel welcome at all. 
Bedding and towels had holes in them. 
Nothing for children other than a “clubhouse” that we weren’t told about until half way through the holiday at night? No ice creams for kids as a part of all inclusive.
The only decent thing about this hotel is the pool and the view of the mountains.

Don’t go here if you are English with young kids

It’s was our first holiday abroad and we were massively disappointed. We booked all inclusive as we were advised to with us having small children. There was no english food for the children to eat, no free ice creams and the hotel was not really child-friendly as there was nothing for them to do other than play in the pool. The swimming pool was freezing cold as was the indoor pool. Our rooms had a basic lock on the door but when you pressed the handle down from the inside it would unlock- which isn’t very safe when you have small children who can reach the door. When we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to pay for internet (very expensive and is per person not per room) unless we wanted to sit in the lobby. The bar had a very limited choice of free drinks, you had to pay extra for cocktails. When sat in the lobby we felt like it was a place for escorts as there was a woman sat waiting to be picked up by different men. On one occasion there was a man sat with his private parts on show! When we reported this to the reception staff they replied ‘aww we know him’. On another occasion there was a pool of blood outside someone’s door and when that was reported they said ‘we will sort it’ it was still there over an hour later, this made us feel very uneasy with us having small children and teenagers. Overall, We wouldn’t   recommend this hotel, especially if you have small/young children. There seem to be multiple hotels in the area with much more to offer.

stay as far away from this hotel as possible!

This hotel has a 5 Star rating which it clearly is not. In fact, their management response to other customers reviews states very clearly that this is a Budget Hotel and that in that category it is a 5 Star Hotel , which clearly is a breach of Trading Standards. I will be taking this up further on my return to the UK. 
Also, many reviews have been posted about clients visits to this hotel and concerns are raised with management responses suggesting that these concerns are noted and that where appropriate remedial action would be taken. Again quite obviously this is purely “lip service” because problems reported by previous clients remain problematic. 
Points I refer to are:-
Swimming Pool Freezing Cold. 
Pool is still freezing cold. Over 100 quests in hotel whilst we were there and the most people we have seen in pool at any one time is a maximum of 10 people. All those brave soles all looked shocked at how cold the pool is. 

All inclusive food and drink. 
I have been to many hotels around the world using all inclusive room and board options but never have I felt so ripped off. The only free alcoholic drinks are local Gin, Vodka and Whisky plus the obligatory Cocktail Liquor. All beers and soft drinks are available but these too are very watered down and pretty tasteless. Any other alcoholic drink you 
may require you must pay 8€. 

Free WiFi
This is again not correct. Free WiFi is available BUT ONLY IN THE LOBBY. SHOULD YOU WISH TO PAY 3€ a day you can use it in your room. 

There are a number of free roaming cats that appear everywhere. In the restaurants in the hotel public areas lying around and strolling around as if they live in the hotel. On our arrival we found one elderly Russian lady feeding a cat from her food plate in the main public restaurant. Where are the hygienic standards that allow this hotel to be rated 5 Stars. 

There are many other issues associated with this hotel but I will bring this to their managements attention personally whilst staying here.

Generally don’t expect much from this hotel its budget and that’s the best I ca say. We certainly won’t be back.

Not a 5Star Experience

Nice, clean All-inclusive hotel. Friendly professional staff. 
Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. 
Nice pilates and water gym in pool area. 
Bus shuttle to hotel beach. 

Good Spa services. 
Professional services for extra fee - massage, manicure, pedicure, hairdresser, photographer, nurse, laundry. 
Easy to walk to shopping streets. 
Easy to walk to seaside to enjoy magic moment of sunrise.

Nice clean hotel and friendly staff

This hotel was very poor please avoid at all costs. Cold food charge of 8 euros for cocktails no drinks after 11pm unless you paid. Food disgusting as left on sides and cold staff on phones at stations. Same food every day no variety. No replenish of desserts once gone . Never ever will we go there again.

Horrendous

Viking Express Hotel, which is located in front of a pine forest in centrum of Kemer, was opened in 2008. Hotel is 800 m. to sea shore, 55 km. to Antalya Airport.  Viking Express Hotel, which is situated on an area of 2300 m2, operates on an ALL Inclusive system, bed& breakfast and half board accomadations are also available.  Hotel has 112 standard rooms, specially designed for the comfort of guests, a bar and swimming pool with connected kids section. There is shuttle service provided to beach in summer time.  Hotel, owns ISIS hygiene sertificates of Hamam-Spa, Food Safety, Water Safety, House Keeping Control and subject to control periodically.
