A family-friendly hotel located in the beautiful area of Beldibi, approximately a 10-minute drive from the resort of Kemer and surrounded by the Taurus Mountains and Mediterranean Sea. Elegantly styled and decorated, guests can benefit from a range of amenities and activities to suit most ages. Sun-bathing can be enjoyed by the property's stylish outdoor pool or on the private shingle beach where a large jetty into the sea provides a lovely alternative for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. Guest rooms are modern and spacious providing a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day before enjoying an evening meal in one of the hotel's restaurants or a refreshing drink in the garden bar. Public transport runs close to the hotel entrance enabling easy access to the many attractions in the area, including the city of Antalya 32 km away.
Location is good, amazing views. Rooms quality is normal, but the shower had bad pressure and there was a little hole in a sink. Atmosphere is nice, staff is polite but some of the workers were flirting with guests (young girls) and they didn’t really feel comfortable. In common 4/5.
it was very average the lifeguard was very racist thought he did not let me and my family in the water slides don’t really recommend
The location is good, sea water is clear. Food is delicious.
Deteriorating hotel: Blatant discrimination, mold, terrible management, and pressure! This hotel is a textbook example of structural neglect, health code violations, and manipulative management. The "all-inclusive" concept is a complete joke, and the conditions are strictly unsanitary. Here are the documented facts you will face:Blatant language discrimination in the cafeteria: The rules in the dining area are applied with shocking bias. Foreign guests are openly discriminated against: if you are non-Russian speaking and happen to wear a light lace dress over your swimwear, you get rudely kicked out. Meanwhile, Russian-speaking guests dressed in the exact same manner are left completely undisturbed and nobody kicks them out! If there is a dress code, it must apply to everyone equally, not used as a tool to discriminate against guests based on their language or nationality.Kudos to the bartenders: The only positive thing about this hotel is a few genuinely hard-working staff members. The absolute best bartender is a young guy named Timur! If you happen to stay here, definitely look for him to make your drinks. We also really liked the bartender at the pool bar (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) – this guy truly tried his best. It's a shame that management leaves them completely overwhelmed, as there is a severe staff shortage and the lines at the bars are endless. The drink selection is pathetic.Pathetic evening shows and incompetent host: The evening show host cannot improvise at all. He has to pre-arrange with specific people before the show to decide who will go on stage. Most importantly – the entire show is conducted strictly in Russian! International guests are completely excluded.Aggressive pressure to leave reviews: The hotel staff persistently demand and pressure guests to leave a review online. They try to artificially boost their rating instead of actually fixing the tragic state of the hotel.Filthy rooms and pathetic "cleaning": The bed frame was filthy and stained upon arrival. When we complained to reception, they sent housekeeping, but she only made the bed and took out the trash. The floor cleaning is an absolute joke – the cleaning lady literally just pours water from a plastic bottle directly onto the floor and pushes a mop over it, without using any proper disinfectants.Wasted and dangerous pier terrace over the sea: The terrace built right over the sea (the pier) would be absolutely perfect for spending the evening, but in the evenings, this terrace is completely unlit! The hotel leaves this beautiful spot in pitch blackness, making it completely unsafe to use at night.Crumbling and rotting ceilings in common areas: The building is falling apart. In one area, the ceiling plaster and paint are severely water-logged and crumbling right above guests' heads next to the souvenir stands. In other areas, the drywall near the ventilation system is completely rotten with open holes and deep black mold near the emergency exits.Turned-off AC in the evenings: In the evenings, the air conditioning in the common areas DOES NOT WORK. The hotel cuts electricity costs at the expense of its guests, turning the common areas into a suffocating, humid, and smelly sauna. This hotel is a complete disaster due to management's greed, neglect, and total disrespect for international guests. Stay away!
We paid a lot of money expecting a high-quality holiday, but we returned home completely disappointed and exhausted. This hotel severely lacks maintenance, proper management, and staff. The overall atmosphere feels more like an old, outdated sanatorium than a modern resort. Here is why you should avoid this place:Awful check-in and room-moving chaos: We arrived at the hotel late in the evening and faced total confusion as they didn't even have a room properly registered for us. After a lot of stress, they temporarily put us in a family room for the night. However, the very next day around lunchtime, we were forced to pack up all our things and move to a different room. This constant moving completely ruined the start of our vacation.Unbearable heat and AC issues: The air conditioning was an absolute nightmare. It turned off randomly during the day and at night, making it impossible to sleep or rest. Even in the evenings, if you wanted to sit inside the lobby to escape the heat, it was boiling hot because they kept the windows wide open instead of running the AC.Lack of deep cleaning and hygiene: While the staff does standard daily cleaning, they completely fail to maintain high cleanliness standards or perform any deep cleaning. When we moved into our actual room, there were clumps of hair left in the bathtub. The rooms desperately need a renovation—I even found black dirt/mold stains near the shower glass that could easily be wiped off with a finger, proving that thorough, deep cleaning is non-existent.Poor facility maintenance: Bed sheets are changed only once every 2 days. When we visited the SPA area downstairs, water was literally dripping from the ceiling, and we noticed a terrible smell of chlorine mixed with mold.No evening atmosphere or safety: At night, the bridge on the beach is completely pitch black because there is zero lighting, whereas all the neighboring hotel bridges are beautifully lit. There is no calm background music in the evenings to relax to.Zero entertainment for kids and adults: There is absolutely nothing for children to do. For adults, the entertainment is practically non-existent—just a billiard table and table tennis. The evening shows were of very poor quality.Food and drinks: While the food itself tasted good, the drinks and cocktails were very mediocre. The hotel is severely understaffed, which ruins the service quality. This was supposed to be an unforgettable holiday, but unfortunately, it is memorable only for the wrong reasons. We deeply regret spending our money here and definitely do not recommend it.
