I was nervous about coming after I read the reviews but really no need to be
We arrived at midnight to be greeted by guest relations and checked in which was much appreciated we were the only family arriving at that time Could go and get some food at the buffet
Room big enough for 3 of us , husband and 7 year old ,
Pool isn’t the biggest but enough beds around it , sunbeds could be better maybe some padding we’ve had this in other 5 star turkey hotels ,
Kids club my daughter went & painted a t shirt extra cost activities probably best suited to 5 & under ,
Thought lots going on I think she’s just too old now and not interested enough in pebble painting , bracelet making , colouring that’s not to say it isn’t good just think she needs different activities
The food is were the hotel exceeds itself There’s always so much choice
Different themed nights in the main restaurant , Food trucks at lunch with different things ,
Main restaurant opened 6.30 which we liked as we like to eat early & you can get food there till 6am though after 11pm food offered is smaller selection but hot abd cold choices which is handy if you arrive late
Tip the staff at the bar you’ll they will remember your drinks order ,
The main entertainment stage gets busy if you want a booth table or a table at all get there early in high session 8pm ,
You get Whatapp’s With the daily activities and info each day which was handy no one is round the pool trying to get you involved so you can be as involved as you like
Don’t bring your own towel you can get a fresh pool towel daily here
Toiletries shower gel shampoo and conditioner in room so there handy don’t bring them
I like it here it’s chilled during the day Ice cream bar only option set times ,
For a decent family hotel you can’t go wrong

Rooms and towels changed daily if you put the hanger on the door
We stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and overall, we had a really wonderful experience. The hotel is definitely worth it, and it is one of the best hotels we have stayed at.
Staff – 5/5 ⭐️ The staff were one of the best things about the hotel. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and always smiling.
We liked the hotel from the very beginning. Unfortunately, the airline lost our baby stroller when we arrived. When we told the reception, they immediately provided us with a stroller to use until ours arrived. This was extremely helpful, especially when travelling with a baby.
Room & Housekeeping Our room was a little small, but it was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. If you prefer a quiet room, I recommend asking the hotel for one because they were very helpful with this.
A special thank you to our housekeeper, Hatice, who was always kind and did a great job keeping our room clean.
Reception & Guest Relation The reception and guest relations team were excellent. You can contact them through WhatsApp and ask for almost anything, and they respond very quickly and arrange things for you within minutes.
Thank you especially to Nima at reception and, most importantly, Kenan. We had an incident during our stay, and when we contacted Kenan, he personally followed us to the hotel doctor/nurse and helped us a lot throughout the situation. We really appreciated his kindness, support, and professionalism.
Public Bar 🍹 The public bar is a lovely area, both inside and outside. They have good drinks and sometimes live music in the evenings.
A special thank you to Ayesha and Sude, who were always so kind and friendly. They were especially lovely with our baby, entertained him every evening, and always served us great drinks. The bartenders were excellent as well.
Main Restaurant 🍽️ The main restaurant was very good. Breakfast was good, but personally, we enjoyed lunch and dinner even more.
At lunch, there was a great selection of food served outside, so there was always something to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the hamburgers, Thai food, and the Adana and Urfa kebabs.
Dinner had different themes every night, with a huge variety of choices. There was always something delicious to find.
All the restaurant staff were friendly and always smiling. Special thanks to Berk, Emrah, Nevrus, Busra, and all the other staff whose names I unfortunately don't remember.
Beach & Pool 🏖️ The pool and beach areas were really nice, and we always managed to find free sunbeds, which was a big plus.
A special thank you to Sultan, the lady who gives out the beach towels. She is one of the nicest people we met during our stay. She was always smiling, friendly, and helpful.
Also, thank you to the George Bar team and especially Hatice and the other staff who came around on roller skates to serve drinks. They were always friendly and provided great service.
Spa & Kids Club I also had a massage with a mango scrub bath, and it was a very nice experience.
We used the kids' club with our 1-year-old baby, and we were happy with it. It was nice to have a place where our little one could spend some time and enjoy himself.
Overall Overall, we really enjoyed our two-week stay. The hotel is worth it, the facilities are good, the food has plenty of variety, and most importantly, the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. It was especially nice travelling with a baby and having staff who were so welcoming and helpful towards him.
The only downside for us was the location. The hotel is about an hour from Antalya, and Kemer itself is a relatively small town, so there isn't a huge amount to do around the hotel. However, this wasn't a major problem for us because we mostly enjoyed spending time at the hotel.
We would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our two-week stay so enjoyable!
Very nice hotel. The staff is super nice - we were particularly impressed by Ahmet, who was always super attentive to us on every single day of the holiday. If we needed anything, he would be servicing us before we even knew it ourselves + he was very attentive to cleaning up the common areas all the time. 5/5 stars for him!! He was every day at Ibiza bar
What a fantastic family 2 weeks in the sun.
We stayed as a family of 4. 2 Adults , 2 children aged 5 & 2 years old,
On arrival we were allocated a corner room which was great as these are slightly larger, so this was a positive start a Lovely room with everything you need.
Firstly on the food front I want to say this is a great hotel , the food trucks are great, breakfast and dinner lots of options and never very large Que for anything.
Beach and pool are lovely, drinks are good, what more can you ask for,
I would like to say a special thanks to Sozda & Berk at meal times, these 2 both really go the extra mile and are a credit to Hilton Hotel, so happy always ready to fill your glass and check in on you every day, Tamer also lovely for booking À la carte restaurants and he did us a lively BBQ !
Then we have Furcan around the pool another great member of the team always on hand to deliver drinks and with a smile.
Hatice - I would like to also say a special thanks, never stops working on roller skates around the pool serving drinks and coffees, Also a really special thank you to how lovely she was with both of our children, we thank you.
Overall I would 100% return we had a fantastic time !
It’s a difficult thing to write a poor review. Especially when you’ve done everything you can to pick the perfect break. As much as I wish it was, the over riding feeling is that of disappointment.
We arrived and I’d booked a Deluxe room, with extra cost. I had emailed to ask if Deluxe meant Sea view. It was just a question, I was assured it was. I didn’t mind. This was now the focal point. It’s wasn’t a Deluxe room, the hotel was over booked. That’s the problem. But would they admit it?
Absolutely not. Our complimentary champagne and fruit was returned the room was not what I’d paid for and I’ll raise that seperately. I’m not accepting an apology or a bribe when your job was to do better. I’m not going to be made to feel I’m the reason you failed.
How about a guy in your room for half an hour before you’re moved?
We moved on. Two room changes later, the first leaking water from the air con. The second attracting cigarette smoke above the bar patio. To our final room with a side view which still wasn’t Deluxe! Deluxe by the way is a telly with Netflix and a coffee machine!
There are much better Hotels in and around Turkey.
The food trucks are a gimmick. A quirk that doesn’t work. Your food will be served by a member of staff loathed to be stuck in the truck absolutely roasting without respite and it’s obvious. No matter how hard you try to dress it up.
I’ve no doubt the majority of the staff work exceptionally hard, but the environment and management that surrounds it all is poor.
I spent a fortune, Cabanas are decent but you’ll pay some pay 250 some pay 400 that annoyed me. I bought decent wine as the wine is like vinegar.
We made the best of it. It’s far from five star, it’s a three star tops.
Pretty poor and very disappointing.
