Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Fish dishes are very delicious.
Hello. I would like to leave a feedback about hotel personnel. Barmen Sergazy in Lobby area and the guy at the Annex reception who helped with laggage ( blue eyed thin young boy (didnt remeber his name). I want to thank specially them for their hospitality and very friendly approach. Very pleasant people. Overall , I want to thank you all for hospitality and best services. I enjoyed my stay so much and would want to come back here again. All the best and keep it up.
Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing.
When we arrived, we were given a basement room that was extremely dirty and had an unpleasant smell. After complaining at reception, we were eventually given another room, which was much better. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. For two consecutive days, housekeeping did not come to clean our room, and we had to repeatedly go to reception to ask for towels and for our room to be cleaned. On one occasion, after going to reception twice in the same day, we received only towels.
The food is also very repetitive. Lunch and dinner were practically the same every day. Apart from one day when grilled fish was served, the main options were mostly chicken and turkey. The fruit selection was limited to watermelon, apples and grapes, and the desserts were also the same every day.
The pool bar was another disappointment. Although the employees working there were doing their best, the alcoholic drinks were extremely weak, which is clearly more of a hotel management issue than an employee issue.
Communication is difficult because, apart from one manager and one receptionist, almost nobody speaks English.
The most serious incident, however, was that €480 disappeared from our rooms. We immediately went to reception to report it. Instead of showing concern, the receptionist was extremely unfriendly and kept rolling his eyes. We were later asked to speak with the manager the following morning.
During that meeting, neither the manager nor the guest relations representative showed any genuine concern about what had happened to us. At one point, the manager started shouting at us and said, “I know what you want.” He then said that he wanted to call the police, but when we agreed and insisted on contacting them, he claimed that the police could not take our statements without our travel agency being present. This later proved to be untrue.
When the police eventually came to the hotel, the manager’s attitude was completely different — friendly, smiling and calm, unlike his behavior toward us that morning.
After everything, the hotel even wanted us to sign statements saying that we had no problem with the hotel. We obviously could not sign such a statement when we had experienced so many problems.
The following day, housekeeping again cleaned the other rooms but skipped ours. Despite repeatedly informing the hotel, our room was still not cleaned.
We are attaching photographs showing the condition of the room after two days without housekeeping.
To be fair, we would like to praise the employees at the slides, the beach bar and the snack bar. They were friendly and helpful. There is also drinking water available throughout the hotel.
Unfortunately, the positive aspects do not outweigh the serious problems we experienced. We would not return.
Unfortunately, the hotel that initially seemed quite decent turned into a very unpleasant experience.
Upon arrival, we were given a very dirty and smelly basement room. After we complained, we were given another room, but then we started having problems with the housekeeping service. Our room was not cleaned for two days, even though we repeatedly went to reception and asked them to resolve the issue. In the end, we were only given fresh towels, while the other rooms were being cleaned normally.
The food is repetitive — almost every day, the same options were served for lunch and dinner, mostly chicken and turkey. Fish was served only once. The choice of fruit is very limited, and the desserts are repeated every day. The employees at the pool bar, however, were very friendly and did their best to help.
Communication is also a major problem, as almost nobody speaks English.
The biggest problem, however, was €480 going missing from our rooms. We reported the incident immediately. Instead of showing empathy and handling the situation professionally, we were treated rudely, and the manager even raised his voice at us the following morning and said, “I know what you want.”
When we asked for the police to be called, we were initially told that the police could not take our statements without the agency being present, which later turned out to be untrue. The police did come, and the manager’s behaviour in front of the police was completely different from the way he had treated us.
After communicating with the agency, the hotel wanted us to sign a statement saying that we had no problems with the hotel. We refused, because we obviously did have serious problems.
What is most disappointing is that even after everything that happened, our room was still not cleaned regularly.
The internet also did not work most of the time.
On the positive side, we would like to praise the staff at the water slides, the beach bar, and the snack bar. Special praise goes to Hasan from the shisha bar. There is also enough drinking water, and it is easily available throughout the hotel.
However, when a hotel cannot provide basic cleanliness, effective communication, and professional handling of a serious incident involving missing money, it is very difficult to recommend it to anyone.
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was not a good one, and because of everything that happened, we cannot recommend it.
From the very beginning, we were given a basement room that was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. After we complained, our room was changed, which we appreciated, and we hoped the rest of our stay would be better.
Unfortunately, the next two days our room was not cleaned. We had to go to the reception several times to ask for it to be cleaned, and in the end, we were only given fresh towels. It was especially frustrating to see other rooms being cleaned while ours was being skipped. We were given different explanations for this, even though we had left the cleaning sign on the door.
The food was also quite repetitive. Chicken and turkey were served very frequently, we only had grilled fish once, and the choice of fruit was limited. There were plenty of desserts, but many of them were repeated. The drinks at the pool bar, especially the alcoholic drinks, could also be much better.
The most serious issue occurred when we noticed that a total of €480 was missing from our belongings. We immediately went to the reception, expecting at least some understanding and assistance, but the response was very unpleasant. The following morning, we spoke with the manager and the guest relations representative. Unfortunately, the manager’s approach during the conversation was very upsetting and did not make us feel that the hotel was seriously trying to resolve the situation.
When we asked for the police to be called, we were told that the police could not come without our travel agency. Later that day, the police did come to the hotel. What was particularly disappointing was the completely different attitude of the manager when speaking to the police compared to his earlier behaviour towards us.
Later, through the travel agency, the hotel asked us to sign a statement confirming that we had no complaints or issues with the hotel. After everything that had happened, we simply could not sign such a statement.
On a positive note, we would like to mention the staff at the beach bar and snack bar, who were very friendly and genuinely tried to help. Special thanks to Umut, the animator, who created a great atmosphere, and Hasan from the shisha bar, who was very kind and professional.
Unfortunately, the hotel’s overall attitude towards our problems and the way the situation was handled completely ruined our holiday. We hope the hotel will seriously improve its communication with guests, housekeeping standards, and the way serious complaints are handled.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel.
