A first-class hotel located directly beside the pebble beach approximately 1.5km from the resort centre. Various shopping venues, countless restaurants, lively bars and nightclubs are to be found in the resort. The airport is approximately 55km away. This fascinating beachfront hotel offers both spa and conference facilities and comprises a total of 357 rooms. Facilities include a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, safes, a currency exchange facility, a lifts (including a panorama lift), a small supermarket, several shops and hairdresser's salon. Dining options include several air-conditioned à la carte restaurants and buffet restaurant with non-smoking areas and highchairs for infants, a lobby bar and Red Bar. Furthermore, there is a games room, a conference room and for younger guests, a kids' club and a playground to let off steam in.
Just got back from our two week stay for the THIRD time at this outstanding hotel from the minute we arrived to the minute we left we felt special . We were a group of 7, myself my husband, my three kids and two of their partners.. The service and staff were on point. They really made you feel like a guest and not just another number ,nothing was too much effort. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were working round the clock to keep it that way. RESTAURANTS Buffet restaurant was lovely never bored and always changed it up and was delicious Food in the day time was nice too one side was a choice of burgers , fish, pasta, chips and many more. The other side you have, pizzas, waffles, pancakes, icecreams and fruit. The waiters were brilliant there AL E CARTES There was a choice of Asian,Italian, fish, Mexican and Turkish all included in your stay and you can book them as many times as you wish. The asian, fish, Mexican and Itailan were our favourites ,but the only slight comment i will make on the Italian, although , still good ,was that the steak was not as impressive as in previous years, but still very tasty. service was on point in all.
The entertainment in the evenings was ok a little repetitive we spent alot of time either in the luna bar(rooftop) or the lobby bar .Drinks were great all branded and cocktails to die for. One thing i would say though is they have didn't have any Disaranno which is my favourite please bring it back . just a personal preference.
The ANIMATION team were great a special shout out to TOM who without him our holiday would not of been as fun he has such an infectious ,kind, funny way about him our kids loved him. Getting us up and involved in all activities , with his wicked banter and cheeky ways , which normally my kids wouldnt do ,and that says alot. never forgot us ,chatted to us ,never let us feel left out and made us and the rest of the guests feel like one big part of the AKRA family . The atmosphere round the pool was fun and the people on the roller skates were on point serving you drinks all day long big shout out to Suleyman and Nadir x
All in all yet again,AKRA, you have smashed it and will definitely be returning next year. We have never ever believed in retuning to the same hotel more than once and next year will be our fourth time and that speaks volumes . Every guest that i have spoken to so far has been there more than once and all say the same and that says alot..

Stayed here September 2025 what a fantastic hotel with glorious food and drink! The staff are wonderful very very helpful - pool areas are immaculate - the whole hotel is immaculate - cleaners looked after our room spacious balcony - the food choices amazing sweets are especially nice! Drink alcohol cocktail's beautiful - soft drinks also good- the entertainment wonderful Big shout out to Tom who greeted us always with a smile ! He's brilliant at his job nothing is a problem at the hotel... à la carte restaurants serve the best food iv ever tasted - all of them are a must ! The beach area amazing (need to be up early to get a lounger on the jetty) fabulous swimming with the fish!
Beautiful place inside and out we would return if the price drops a little 😂
Ok don’t normally review but had 2 for this hotel I will dive straight into the good points snack bar menu is out of this world,rib eye sizzling steak,burgers absolutely amazing rivals 5 guys,pasta fish pizza it’s endless The waiter service around the pool is fantastic The place is spotless Hotel staff asking if everything is ok constantly All premium drinks in cans coke/7up/tango All premium bar drinks even hennisey smirnoff ect ect The cocktails are to die for There’s endless entertainment cake selection is fantastic There’s endless entertainment things going on which is all top class All in all I spent 4 days here with myself a 19 and 17 year old I can honestly say I’m well travelled and this hotel is absolutely great experience I will definitely go back at some point the hotel staff and entertainment team also bar staff actually look like they enjoy there jobs and always great you will a smile and a chat brilliant hotel

SO WHATS GOOD ABOUR HERE AND WHY DO WE RETURN.
The staff really do make this Hotel great. Everyone we interacted with has a genuine passion and pride about the Hotel.
Its a relatively small complex in comparison to some. But it has it all.
The grounds are perfect Housekeeping clean Waiters are friendly and make good drinks ( amazing memories) Food is quality, headed by a great chef and Team. Good Choice of Al a carts Animation team are fantastic. In my opinion one of the best. Skater waiters. Sullinan and Ali looked after usare fantastic and give great service. The pool is lovely. It has slides, a quiet area, small kids pool and Swim up bar.
It was genuinely a pleasure to see so many familiar faces

This was our second visit to Akra Kemer in the space of just three months, which probably says everything about how much we love this hotel. We honestly cannot believe how good it is. We have travelled to many places over the years, but nowhere has ever made us feel quite like Akra Kemer does.
The hotel itself is incredible – the food, facilities, entertainment and location are all fantastic – but what really makes this place so special is the people. The staff genuinely make you feel like part of their family.
We have to give a very special thank you to our friend Gokhan, who works in the shop and runs the arcade. He is quite possibly one of the kindest human beings we have ever met. Our five-year-old son, Monty, absolutely adores him. The kindness Gokhan showed him throughout our holiday was second to none. He brought Monty gifts, spent time with him and made such a fuss of him every single day.
When it was time for us to leave, Gokhan even came out to the taxi to say goodbye. We cried, and so did he. I think that says more about the people at this hotel than any normal review ever could. We arrived as guests and left feeling as though we were saying goodbye to friends.
And it wasn’t only Gokhan. The whole team were amazing. A huge thank you to Domfu and Tom, who were both incredible and helped make our holiday so special.
We also have to mention Okan, the animation manager. Monty was absolutely obsessed with the shirts the animation team wore and wanted to be just like them. Okan went out of his way to organise an extra-small shirt to be delivered to the hotel, complete with a name tag for Monty, so that he could pretend he was one of the team. It was such a thoughtful thing to do and honestly made his holiday. He was so proud wearing it!
We’ve already booked to come back next June, but this time we’re bringing the whole family – all 14 of us!
I genuinely can’t imagine us choosing another hotel and receiving the same warmth and personal treatment that we get here. Akra Kemer isn’t just somewhere we go on holiday anymore. We have truly fallen in love with it, the people and the memories we’ve made there.
It has become our special place, and we cannot wait to come home next June. ❤️
