Akra Kemer

We have just returned from Akra Kemer (our 5th visit). Our experience from start to finish was amazing. The staff cannot do enough to make your holiday special. The food is awesome as are the bars (loving the adults only cocktail lounge). There is something for everyone poolside, whether you just want to relax or get involved with the many activities the team make sure everyone is taken care of. We were again sad to leave, and will definitely be back next year.

Another Fabulous Stay at Akra Kemer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve just returned from a fabulous 10-night holiday at Akra Kemer. This was our fourth visit and once again we were not disappointed. The hotel is kept immaculate, and there are always staff around collecting glasses and bottles and making sure everywhere is clean and tidy. The pool area is lovely and never feels overcrowded. We love the pool bar where you can sit in the pool and enjoy a drink. The staff on skates are constantly going around taking drinks orders, which is a great touch. A special thank you to Sulyeman for looking after us so well around the pool. The entertainment was brilliant. We especially enjoyed Retro Night, the Pier Party and the Gala Night. The entertainment team work so hard, especially Tom and Okan, who always kept everyone entertained and made sure there was a great atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day to the highest standard. The food is still amazing, if not even better than before. We loved the new menus in the à la carte restaurants and found it really easy to get booked for the nights we wanted. A special mention to Emrah in the Mexican restaurant, who looked after us so well and made it such a lovely night. The buffet restaurant is still fantastic, with a huge range of quality food. Gala Night was the best we have experienced yet — the choice and quality of food was out of this world. A special mention has to go to Tarik, who never stops and always makes sure we have everything we need whenever we are in the buffet restaurant. Also, thank you to Morat at breakfast, who is always straight over with our coffee and orange juice. The choice of food from morning until night is fantastic and never feels repetitive. There is always something different to choose from. The bars have a brilliant selection of drinks, and the staff are always happy to get you whatever you want. Luna Bar is lovely and relaxing, and we were really well looked after by Ferit. All of the staff at Akra Kemer go above and beyond and work incredibly hard, but we have to give a very special mention to Firat, who works across the different bar areas. He always had a smile on his face and went out of his way to come over, look after us and have a chat. Nothing was ever a problem for him. He genuinely helped make our holiday extra special, and we can't thank him enough. After four visits, Akra Kemer continues to impress us. The amazing food, beautiful hotel, entertainment and, most importantly, the wonderful staff are what keep us coming back. We’re currently staying the at Akra Kemer as a family of three — two adults and our 12-year-old daughter — and have had a fantastic holiday from the moment we checked in.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and exceptionally clean. Our room was comfortable, spacious enough for the three of us, and kept spotless throughout our stay. The views and surroundings are stunning, with the mountains on one side and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea on the other.

The food was another real highlight. There was a fantastic variety at every meal, with plenty of choice for both adults and our daughter. Everything was fresh and well presented, and we particularly enjoyed the different themed evenings. We never felt that we were eating the same thing every day, which can sometimes happen at all-inclusive hotels.

Our daughter absolutely loved the hotel. There was plenty for her to enjoy, while my wife and I could also relax and have some quiet time. The pools, beach and pier were all excellent, and there was a great balance between activities and places where you could simply relax.

What really makes Akra Kemer stand out, though, is the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and genuinely happy to help. Our room was kept spotless. The rollerblading bar staff was an amazing touch and special mention to Suleymon and Ali who kept our drinks topped up all day. The service in the restaurants and bars was also excellent, and the whole team contributed to making our holiday feel special and added to the experience. Nothing seemed an inconvenience or too much trouble.

The Akra-mation team work so hard keeping guests especially the kids entertained from morning until night too. Big shout outs to Marwen, Ruvy, Domfu, Rosa, Daria and of course Tom who our daughter loved. 3pm will never be the same without the dance around the pool followed by a cheeky cocktail at the pool bar.

Kemer is close enough to explore, but the hotel itself has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday, so we didn’t feel the need to leave very often.

Overall, Akra Kemer exceeded our expectations. It’s not always easy to find a hotel that works equally well for parents and a 12-year-old, but this one really did. We all had a wonderful time and came home feeling relaxed and very happy.
