Xanadu Resort

Our second time holidaying at the resort and it was just as good as our first trip.

The staff work so hard, are friendly and always happy to help. Staff quickly clear tables in the restaurant so we never struggled to find somewhere to sit and are great at keeping you topped up with drinks while you eat. We really enjoyed all the food on offer every day, there was lots of variety to choose from and the meat offerings are excellent. Bar service is great aswell.
The resort is kept very clean and the gardens are wonderfully maintained. We contacted customer relations a couple of times and our issues were quickly resolved.
Our room was cleaned every day and the mini bar restocked.

We enjoyed the freshly cooked pancakes and waffles near the pool and the wide choice of ice cream. The pools are lovely and the surrounding areas kept very clean, the chap who works in the pool towel hut and keeps the area clean works so hard and does a great job. Sunbeds aren't an issue, plenty available even at peak season which is a real bonus to us. We enjoyed time at the beach swimming in the warm sea and lunch at the beach restaurant, a lovely setting.

The entertainment team are all fabulous, really friendly and so much energy. We joined in many activities including darts, bingo and archery. Shout out to Willy Wonka and Zach for making those so fun. We also enjoyed aqua zumba and aqua bike.

The staff across the whole resort are outstanding and a real credit to the resort.

Thanks to him, I discovered and enjoyed so many activities at Xanadu Island. Thank you, Ram, for your positive energy and for making my stay so memorable
