Xanadu Resort

We spent 10 wonderful days at Xanadu Resort, Belek, with two adults, a 6-year-old and 5-year-old twins, and we absolutely loved it.

🥇 The Kids’ Club was the highlight! It was spotless, safe, incredibly well organised and full of fantastic activities. What really impressed us was how welcoming they were to children from different countries and backgrounds. The staff spoke English as well as other languages, making it easy for children from different nationalities to communicate and feel included.

Every member of the kids’ club team was kind, friendly, patient and genuinely welcoming. My children absolutely loved them and looked forward to going every day. They had so much fun with the activities, splash park and children’s lunch, and always came back happy and excited.

As parents, we enjoyed ourselves so much more knowing our children were safe, happy and having the time of their lives. This was the first time we felt completely comfortable leaving all three children at a kids’ club, and it made such a difference to our holiday.

🍽️ Food & service: So much choice and something for everyone. The service was exceptional — as soon as we sat down, staff brought cold water and asked what we would like to drink. It genuinely felt like five-star restaurant service.

🏨 Room: Our two-bedroom room was spacious and perfect for our family, with plenty of storage and the children having their own room.

💃 Mini Disco: The children absolutely loved it! Dancing with their new friends after dinner became part of our daily routine.

🏖️ Beach, pools & atmosphere: Beautiful, clean and spacious beach with plenty of sunbeds, fantastic pools and a wonderful family atmosphere. There was always something to do.

💆‍♀️ Spa: I also had the best spa experience of my life! I paid €150, but honestly, it was worth every single penny. They had some great offers, and all the ladies working in the spa were incredibly kind, friendly and professional. They took the time to understand what I wanted and helped me choose the treatments that were right for me rather than simply trying to sell me things.

📍 Location & weather: The location in Belek was perfect, and we had beautiful weather throughout our stay.

Every member of staff — from the kids’ club team and waiters to the cleaners, entertainers and spa team — was friendly, helpful and professional.

Every penny was worth it. We would happily return and highly recommend Xanadu Resort to families with children. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful hotel great staff ideal location

We really enjoyed the hotel. Of course, there may be some minor issues, but overall, we feel that the hotel offers very good value for money.

The service in many areas was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

We would especially like to mention Azima, the waitress at the beach bar. She always served us quickly and efficiently and was very kind, helpful, and attentive. The children absolutely loved her, and so did we 😊

A big thank you to Azima for her wonderful service, and a huge thank you to the entire hotel staff! I think we will definitely come back here again.
