I really enjoyed the hotel! Everything was great, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff were kind and friendly. I especially want to mention the entertainer Mohammed. He was really fun, friendly, and always made everyone smile! He made our holiday even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back again! ❤️
I want to say a big thank you to Dogan Bilen from the Lobby Bar. He is such a friendly, caring and attentive person, always ready to listen, help and have a good chat.
I had a problem during my stay, and Dogan took the time to listen to me, helped me solve it and put me on the right path. Honestly, he was more like a psychologist than a bartender. His conversations and sense of humor always made me feel better.
He also made me some really tasty and creative cocktails.
Thank you, Dogan, for everything! Honestly, I would come back to this hotel just because of him. People like him really make a stay special.
I spent a wonderful week at this hotel and once again had an amazing experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. From the moment you arrive, you feel very welcome and well taken care of.
I had already stayed here two years ago, so I was very happy to come back. Once again, I was not disappointed – quite the opposite! The food was excellent, with a great variety and something for everyone.
What I especially loved were the many events and activities offered during the day and in the evening. The archery with Emircan had always been very funny! The Oktoberfest and the Beach Party were some of my personal highlights. There was always something going on, which made the holiday even more enjoyable and entertaining.
All in all, it was another fantastic experience. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel! 😊
We visited this hotel as a family of 5, along with 3 of our friends to celebrate my 50th Birthday (20th September for 8 nights). I had emailed the hotel in advance to explain we were celebrating my 50th birthday and if there was a chance of a room with a nice view. However, the view we had was not great at all and resembled a garage block and I did initially feel disappointed. In fairness to the hotel my request/birthday celebration had not been noted on the system and the only possible room change was two floors up so didn't seem worth it!
However...wow! My initial disappointment with the view soon paled into insignificance! This hotel is amazing and the best hotel we have stayed in to date. It is impeccably clean but what stood out to us the most was the level of service we received in all areas. We received a complimentary dinner at one of the A La Carte restaurants for my 50th birthday, we opted for the chinese which was amazing! I have coeliac disease and made a mistake with my food choices on the first couple of days, on day 3 I asked to speak to the Chef and was introduced to Aylin, who is the hotel dietician and was literally my saviour. I was able to message her each day with requirements for my meals and these were specially cooked by the Chef for myself to ensure gluten free. Absolutely Amazing! The pool area is very spacious and we could literally arrive at anytime and there would be plenty of available loungers. We loved that the waiters brought our drinks on rollerblades and we were very well looked after by Zeki and another waiter whose name I did not get, but he is amazing with a camera and has taken some fabulous holiday photos for us. There are plenty of fridges scattered around the complex, all fully stocked with waters and soft drinks. We literally wanted for nothing and if we did require extra towels or waters in the room we used the messaging service on the Voyage App that is given to you on check-in and all requests were promptly dealt with. We could not fault a thing!. In the evening we headed to the Adult only section where entertainment starts around 9:45-10pm and the level of entertainment was amazing! We particularly enjoyed The Cotton Club and we were really pleased that a dance floor area was created on the DJ nights and we had the best time dancing with our daughters and friends. But the main reason we have written this review is because of the waiter Sedat (picture attached). He ensured we were all seated together as a family, remembered our drinks, interacted with us all as a family and we felt extremely well looked after. Despite my initial disappointment, I honestly cannot fault this hotel and it is the first hotel we have said that we would 100% return to. We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay at Voyage Belek! A huge thank you to the entire team, but a special mention must go to Sarvenaz and Fırat. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and brilliant welcome that set the tone for the entire trip. Sarvenaz and Fırat were incredible throughout—effortlessly sorting out all our à la carte restaurant reservations and handling every single request from our group with efficiency, care, and a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The resort, amenities, and hospitality exceeded our expectations, making it a genuinely memorable break for all of us. We had a great time and can't wait to return. Thank you, Sarvenaz, Fırat, and team Voyage Belek!
