Titanic Deluxe Belek

One of the best all-inclusive resorts we have stayed at – genuinely exceeded my expectations

We stayed at Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek for 12 days from July into August and I can genuinely say this hotel completely exceeded my expectations.

I am very particular about all-inclusive hotels because I am used to staying in five- and six-star hotels in Dubai and other luxury resorts around the world, so I was actually quite hesitant about booking an all-inclusive in Turkey. This hotel came highly recommended, though, so we decided to give it a try.

I am so glad we did.

It is not quite as polished in every single area as some of the top luxury hotels in Dubai – a few areas of the grounds are beginning to look slightly tired and some of the gym equipment could definitely do with replacing – but overall I was genuinely impressed by the quality, facilities, food and level of service.

The Kids Club is absolutely incredible

I had read lots of reviews about the kids’ club before we arrived, but even those did not prepare me for how good it actually is.

It is huge and genuinely caters for children of all different ages. Some children seemed to spend practically the entire day there and I can completely understand why because there is so much to do.

There is a huge soft-play area with trampolines, a cinema room, PlayStation room, an incredible Lego room, music room with proper musical instruments, pottery room, colouring and art rooms, textile activities, construction activities, football, basketball, bumper cars, arcade games, table tennis, snooker and even bowling alleys.

Outside there is also an amphitheatre where they put on shows specifically for the children.

The kids’ club also has its own restaurant, which is unbelievable. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, but there is also food available throughout the day, including healthy snacks, treats and proper meals. There are branded ice creams such as Cornetto and Magnum, along with plenty of other snacks and drinks.

You can either leave your children there or stay and enjoy the facilities with them.

From a safety and safeguarding perspective, I was very impressed with how organised and secure it felt. I work in safeguarding, so this is something I pay particular attention to.

My only criticism is that quite a few members of staff did not speak much English. My son was three, so for that reason alone I personally chose not to leave him there without us because I wanted to be completely confident that if he needed something, he could communicate it and be understood.

That is genuinely the only thing I would improve.

Apart from that, the kids’ club is an easy 10/10. It is probably the best children’s facility I have seen in any hotel we have stayed at.

It also stays open for an incredibly long time – from daytime right through into the evening and late at night – which is fantastic for families.

The food is genuinely excellent

Food is one of the biggest things for me when choosing a hotel, and this is where Titanic Deluxe really surprised me.

I am normally very sceptical about all-inclusive buffets because so many resorts serve huge quantities of mediocre food. This was completely different.

The main buffet is enormous, with a huge amount of choice, and the quality is genuinely good. We actually looked forward to eating there, which I rarely say about an all-inclusive buffet.

We used it regularly for lunch and also on evenings when we weren’t eating at one of the à la carte restaurants.

What I completely underestimated before arriving was just how many places there are to eat throughout the hotel.

There always seems to be somewhere serving food.

There are restaurants, snack bars, patisseries and poolside food options throughout the resort. Even the more casual food such as pizzas and burgers was really good quality.

The patisseries were another surprise. I expected the cakes and desserts to look better than they tasted, as often happens at all-inclusive resorts, but they were absolutely delicious.

Whether that is Turkish food generally or particularly good pastry chefs at this hotel, I don’t know, but if you are trying not to gain weight, you have been warned!

Around the pool you can get beautiful fresh fruit, nuts, ice cream, tortilla chips and other snacks. Our children loved going to the outdoor bars for freshly made waffles, smoothies and branded ice creams.

There is just an incredible amount of choice.

The à la carte restaurants are fantastic

We tried all of the à la carte restaurants during our stay.

You normally receive one included with your stay and then pay for additional visits, but if your budget allows it, I would absolutely recommend trying them.

They are not simply different versions of the same restaurant. Each one has its own food, atmosphere and personality, and the standard was consistently high.

I honestly struggled to choose a favourite based purely on food.

However, for the complete experience, Yamas was probably our favourite.

The atmosphere was absolutely brilliant. Everybody joined in, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and the whole restaurant had such a fun energy.

It was one of those evenings you remember afterwards.

As someone who is used to luxury holidays and can sometimes be difficult to impress, I cannot emphasise enough how much we enjoyed it.

Premium drinks really are premium

Another major positive is the drinks.

A lot of all-inclusive hotels advertise premium alcohol but then offer relatively basic local brands.

Here, the premium drinks are genuinely premium.

You can get branded drinks around the pools, bars and in the à la carte restaurants. The main buffet generally serves the house alcohol, but outside of that there is a very good selection of recognised premium brands.

The poolside service is also fantastic.

Each sunbed has a QR code, so you simply scan it, order what you want and it is brought directly to you.

Even better, many of the waiters are on roller skates, so drinks arrive remarkably quickly.

It sounds like a small thing, but when you are relaxing around the pool in the heat, being able to order everything from your sunbed makes such a difference.

Our room was beautiful

We stayed in one of the newly refurbished Family Deluxe Suites and our room was absolutely gorgeous.

It felt very spacious and grand without being overdone.

The decor was modern, relaxing and luxurious, with beautiful neutral colours throughout. It genuinely felt like a high-end suite and was one of the nicest parts of the hotel.

If you are considering upgrading to one of the refurbished rooms, I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful pools, river and golf course

The resort itself is not enormous, which we actually liked.

It sits within beautiful golf-course grounds and has a stunning river running through the resort.

There is a little hotel train that takes you to the beach in just a couple of minutes, but we often chose to walk back instead because the route through the golf course and alongside the river is so beautiful.

We visited in July/August when the weather was extremely hot, yet we still enjoyed walking back from the beach most days.

The scenery makes the walk really enjoyable.

The pool areas are large and beautifully designed, and there are some lovely places to sit in the evenings overlooking the river.

One thing to be aware of is that when the hotel is at full capacity, sunbeds are difficult to get unless you are up early.

There are signs saying beds should not be reserved and staff do monitor them to some degree, but in reality people still get up early and reserve them.

So if you want a particular spot around the main pools, get down early.

The waterpark is brilliant

There is also a huge waterpark on site, which our children absolutely loved.

Again, there are food and drink options there, including branded ice creams, so you don’t need to keep going back to the main hotel.

For families, having a proper waterpark as well as the pools and huge kids’ club gives children an incredible amount to do.

Spa and gym

The spa is beautiful.

I had two massages during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed both. The entire spa area feels very calm and relaxing and the indoor pool is gorgeous.

The gym itself is large with lots of equipment, towels and drinking water available.

Some of the gym equipment could do with being replaced or updated, which is one area where the hotel could improve, but there is certainly plenty of equipment and space to train properly.

Entertainment

If I had to identify one of the weaker parts of the hotel, it would probably be the evening entertainment.

Because the hotel has guests from so many different countries, the entertainment has to cater for multiple languages and audiences.

There is always something happening, but I would describe the entertainment overall as average rather than exceptional.

There were a couple of nights during our 12-day stay where the shows were genuinely excellent, particularly some of the acrobatic performances.

Other evenings were much more ordinary.

That said, there are lots of different places to sit and spend the evening if you don’t want to watch the main show.

The large entertainment area beside the pools is lovely, with table service, premium drinks and beautiful seating areas alongside the river, so we still thoroughly enjoyed our evenings.

Cleanliness and general standard

We found the hotel generally extremely clean.

Public areas and toilets were consistently well maintained, and the staff seemed to be cleaning throughout the day.

As mentioned, there are a few areas of the resort that are starting to show some age and could benefit from refurbishment, but these are relatively minor compared with everything the hotel gets right.

Would we return?

Absolutely.

This hotel completely changed my opinion of what a high-quality all-inclusive resort can be.

The food is excellent, the drinks are genuinely premium, the à la carte restaurants are fantastic, the children’s facilities are exceptional, the pools and waterpark are brilliant and the setting around the river and golf course is beautiful.

Most importantly, it works incredibly well for families without feeling like you are sacrificing quality or luxury just because you are travelling with children.

For me, the standout feature is unquestionably the kids’ club. I have never seen anything quite like it at a hotel.

If you are considering Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek, particularly as a family, I would genuinely recommend it.

We stayed for 12 days and could easily have stayed longer.

One of the best all-inclusive family resorts we have experienced and somewhere we would happily return to.

We stayed at Titanic Deluxe Belek in August 2026 as a family of four (two adults, two kids), booking through Jet2 from London Gatwick at a cost of £5,500. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to its 5-star reputation.

Arrival & Check-In We arrived around 10pm local time. Reception staff didn’t greet us or acknowledge us until we approached them directly. They looked tired and disengaged, and the check-in was rushed - no welcome, no briefing, just a room key and instructions to use the online map from my mobile. Having stayed at other Turkish 5-star resorts we expected a warmer welcome.

Rooms The rooms are spacious but feel tired. The sofa bed was a bit small and uncomfortable for our 7 & 10-year-old, and the double beds were not suitable for two adults. Housekeeping did a good job daily with beds, fridge re-stocking and towels.

Pools, Beach & Sunbeds The resort is enormous, with huge pools most 140cm deep, so just be aware younger kids can’t stand. Despite WhatsApp messages about “no reserving sunbeds,” every morning by 7am most prime spots were taken with towels and inflatables. We had no choice but to join in to secure a place near the pool. The beach itself was nice, and the sunbeds on the wooden pier were a highlight — peaceful and scenic compared to the crowded pool areas.

Food & Drinks Buffet food looked impressive but was extremely busy. Most foods were very nice but some looked mass-produced and repetitive. Staff rarely engaged. Cocktails were watered down and poor quality — mojitos and piña coladas were some of the worst we’ve had. Simple drinks like JD & Coke were fine. The Irish Pub was the exception, with better drinks and service at the bar. The à la carte offering - only one option was included free with our stay and we had to choose between the Turkish or an Italian restaurant, we chose the Italian and it was very average at best however the sever was very attentive so we left a tip. (This was the only good service we had)

Service & Atmosphere Service across the resort felt impersonal. Staff never tried to chat or connect. The culture around queuing was difficult — guests often pushed in, which felt rude and aggressive. Around the pool, staff even pressured us to leave a 5-star TripAdvisor review on the spot, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Checkout Checkout is at 12pm, and the hotel charges €20 to 25 per hour if you want to extend depending on who you speak to at reception as we had been given different prices off different staff. When we checked out, reception staff simply said: “Hi, room number? All done, bye.” That was it — no “how was your stay?” or any attempt at engagement, despite the desk being quiet. It summed up the lack of care and service we experienced throughout

Facilities • Kids loved the free arcade and kids club. • Water park was excellent, the best we’ve experienced, approximately a 10-minute walk from the main pool however a number of lifeguards on their phones and smoking. • Gym was well-equipped, opens at 7am. • Evening entertainment was good but was outdoors, muggy, and dominated by cigarette smoke everywhere, same cigarette smoke at bars, pools, restaurants outdoors areas daily as well. • On-site shop prices were extortionate (£25 for a float you can buy for £3 online at Amazon so bringing your own is an absolute must, £30 for two thin kids hair braids).

Overall The resort is simply too big for the staff and service levels to cope. Food and drinks are below 5-star standards and very inconsistent at all the different bar locations, and the atmosphere lacks warmth and class. If you’re easy-going and don’t mind average service, you might be fine here. But if you expect quality, good service, and a touch of class, this isn’t the hotel for you.

We are still currently guests at Titanic. We visited 2 years ago and after a subpar holiday last year at another resort we decided to return this year to the Titanic. We have booked cabana’s for everyday of our holiday and today we are at the beach cabanas and have been looked after by Hafize. The service has been fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. She was very attentive and friendly.
