Cannot fault the place excellent facilities, fabulous aervice. Will definitely be back. Special mention for Yeilmas .
Fabulous place - beautiful setting very friendly and helpful staff can’t do enough for you - Yilmas was lovely in the Riva restaurant a beautiful seating on the beach - a very restful enjoyable holiday
As a returning guest this hotel is one of my favourites. Overall noted some changes good and not so good. Not so good things. They have removed your one free visit to alacart restaurant. Lots of groups of golfers who tend to take over bar areas in large groups of men. Noticed hotel is very noisy at nights with people returning to rooms. Not much facilities for disabled guests things like allocated tables at front of restaurant areas. Main restaurant food is lovely but at evening we noticed a lot of the same food served every night. Good things the beach restaurant was amazing and is an excellent area to relax. Super size hotel which has something for everybody. The entertainment at nights is amazing is like a proper show. Great water park all in all still a great place to visit. One thing we noticed is taxi prices have increased. Example 20 euro to land of legends however on taxi meter was saying 600 Turkish lire which is around 9 pound. We also felt that overall prices have increased hugely.

First of all, some of the hotel facilities are just amazing in this place. It has endless high quality, well thought out things to do and I also would rate the food incredibly highly! I would recommend the hotel overall, but the actual reason I’m leaving this review might be of interest (I’m not usually 1 to leave reviews, honestly) - so I’m sitting at the pool and a woman working for the hotel came up and asked me if I was enjoying my stay, to which I replied yes, and then asked me if I would leave a review by scanning her QR code. I agreed, so it worked. However; she proceeded to stand over me to watch my score, of which was a 4, and then basically responded to ask why. I told her it was very good but just minor things like the pools all being particularly cold and some cosmetic problems in our room (e.g bedside cupboard handle broken, bathroom could do with a touch of paint, and there only being clothes irons available for 1 hour if you call ahead). To which I was pretty astounded by her response, which was basically her saying that it is usually a 5 and 4 is not good for her hotel. I told her it was just very good (4 stars is even described that way literally on tripadvisor), but that was my honest opinion. She pushed again and basically said that it needed to be a 5 so ‘they can help them help us’. So I stood firm and explained that it was the exact reason why I needed to be honest in my review, so it could help them. She didn’t push anymore and was still friendly. But overall, it did honestly leave a bit of a sour taste in my mouth and it made me question only a tiny bit, the validity of all the 5 star reviews, if guests feel any pressure at all to give that review specifically. Overall, overlooking that interaction, I hold firm by the 4 stars. Especially for the money. But there are still some amazing things about this place and I think I would still recommend. But I just see 5 stars as absolutely perfect.
