A special thank you to Nazli from Guest Relations, who was always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
We’d also like to recognise Erkin from the PlayStation/FIFA area. We spent many enjoyable hours playing FIFA on the impressive 36-screen setup, and Erin’s enthusiasm and excellent customer service made the experience even more enjoyable.
Finally, a huge thank you to Jonel in the restaurant. Every day he looked after us with exceptional attention to detail, always making sure our drinks were topped up and remembering our preferences. His warm personality and outstanding service made every meal a pleasure.
The staff truly are the heart of this fantastic resort. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to providing outstanding service are what made our holiday so special. We can’t thank them enough and look forward to returning in the future.

We’ve had a great experience at the hotel. Theme park and water park are amazing and the kids have had a blast! Service great and the trip to the sister hotel at the beach made it extra special. Thanks to Arzu Denis at guest relations
