I would like to thank the staff of Susesi Luxury Resort hotel for kindness, immediate response for my big family’s demands! We have been upgraded the suit to more wider one for free since the family consists of 5 members. I was very pleased to get back the baby bottle at very late evening time despite the lost and found office was closed already, this exceptional attitude made me really happy as I avoided my baby’s cry due to no missing baby bottle. I would also thank mr. Uruk for nice service at Mexican Ala carte restaurant, his attention to details, kindness and support to serve a family with small kids was at high level.
Overall this is my 2nd visit of this hotel within past 2 years, I loved this hotel so much that I would hopefully return here for next vacation!

Once again Susesi Luxury Resort provided us with a memorable holiday. The staff were attentive and helpful especially Davut Gun, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were catered for in restaurants. He even ensured that staff maintained his high standards when he went off on holiday. One waiter who served us occasionally in the Takatuka restaurant and the à la carte Italian on 10th September was also extremely good but, sadly, I cannot read his name badge when looking at my photo when I returned home. Murat in the fish restaurant was particularly helpful and polite. The quality of the food and the varied choices ensured that every need was catered for. Two members of the Guest Relations Team also deserve a mention. Eda was exceptional and helped resolve a minor issue but her professionalism throughout enabled a quick solution. Omer also ensured our needs were catered for. The management kindly gave us a room upgrade and this contributed to the holiday, to celebrate my wife’s birthday, even more memorable on our ninth holiday at the hotel. The quality of food, drinks selection was excellent and all of the bars, lounges, pool areas and gardens were spotlessly clean and maintained. I would Susesi to anyone thinking of visiting and all age groups are well equipped to enjoy the facilities at the hotel. Just be aware that the cost of eating in one of the à la carte restaurants is now €25 per person, other than the nominated free ones and the Tumanna steak house is, as per published prices. This is not particularly well publicised so to save any surprises check with the Guest Relations staff. We look forward to our next visit to the hotel.
We had a great family vacation and it was a fun entertaining stay especially for the kids. Food was awesome at the buffet, not so much at the outer restaurants, and much worse at specialty restaurant namely the Mexican which is far from the authentic Mexican cuisine. Pools are great; water park is fun but lacks variety. Rooms are outdated and in need of refurbishment. Cleanliness and hygiene needs much more attention. In general, best time with the family but not a big fan of the hotel.
We had one of the best holidays in Susesi ♥️ we were big family. 16 persons. It was very comfortable contact reception with WhatsApp. Thank you to your staff ♥️ you have brilliant staff. And this girl Aycan is very very kind and friendly ♥️
We have just returned from a 10 night stay at this fabulous hotel. We stayed in a deluxe superior with pool access to the lakehouse pool with 2 children. The room was very spacious, big terrace with own sun loungers and a few steps down to the pool. There was also a snack bar at this pool. The hotel is big and our first 6 nights the hotel was very busy. But we never felt crowded and always found sun loungers around on the pier in the afternoon and also around the pool. The food was of a high standard in the main buffet restaurant and there was always a good selection of carved meat, fish and options for the children. We also ate in the fish and Turkish a La carte and both were delicious. But what set this hotel apart from others is the help and support we received when my husband had an accident which resulted in him being in a wheelchair for the last 4 days of the holiday. Guest relations thought of everything that would assist us and make the rest of the holiday comfortable. This included delivering a wheelchair, giving us use of a beach chalet, reserved table in the restaurant and a private transfer back to the airport. MS Seda, Omar and the general manager Mr Bayrakci checked in with us daily to ensure we were ok. And to top it all off we celebrated our anniversary whilst there and we were treated to a meal in the steak house, cake and champagne. They really made sure we still had a fantastic holiday even with the injury. The hotel grounds and beach are spotless. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment, playing table tennis, billiards, water slides and the watersports on the beach. All staff were friendly. We are already planning a return visit next summer as the hotel was the right mix for adults and our children but also felt luxurious. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so special.
