Review Body:Do not waste your money coming here. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel—at best, it is a dated 3-star property that is in desperate need of a complete update. Furthermore, the hotel primarily caters to Russian, German, and Turkish guests, with almost nothing offered or accommodated for English-speaking travelers. The animation and entertainment teams were absolutely rubbish.To make matters worse, the local MTS/loveholidays travel representative (Selçuk Ayaz) is a total rip-off merchant. He sold us an excursion to The Land of Legends, pitching it as a special birthday offer. He explicitly told us we would get the travel for free because of my birthday and promised us there would be a massive show to watch.When we got there last night, there was absolutely no show. He completely failed to inform us it wasn't happening. We were left stranded at the park, not knowing what to do, with no Wi-Fi and absolutely no way to get ahold of anyone for help.When we finally confronted the representative to complain, he dismissively told us "it's tough." He changed his story, claiming the nonexistent show was the free part and that we actually had to pay for the transport. We only went on this trip because of his direct recommendation and false promises.Save your hard-earned money and book somewhere else. The service is terrible, the hotel is dated, and the representatives cannot be trusted.

This is a nice medium sized hotel. I would say the aqua park is small and more for kids under 8. This is more of an older people hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy and the staff are nice. The food was ok to. The bus leaves from across the road to get to town and there is a migraine 5 minutes down the road.
