A wonderful holiday and exceptional hospitality
We had a wonderful holiday at Rixos Premium Belek and felt so warmly welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. The entire team was kind, attentive and always willing to help.
We would especially like to thank the night manager, who was truly wonderful. He helped us resolve several situations with such care and professionalism, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We are incredibly grateful for all his help, kindness and support.
It is the people who make a stay truly special, and your team gave us so many reasons to smile. We left feeling delighted and will cherish the memories of this holiday for a long time. A heartfelt thank you to everyone!
Hotel is beautiful as always! Feel like royalty as soon as we step off the transfer Hotel is always so clean Staff are so beyond friendly and they cannot do enough for you Checking in was easy, even though we wanted to swap rooms, checking out was just as easy Rooms are always so spacious and housekeeping are brilliant You pay for what you get so we think value is great
Gorgeous hotel, so much choice for food and drinks. When we first walked in we were greeted with sweet treats and the option of water or champagne. We used the land of legends access twice, it’s great with the shuttle, however the only thing that let the shuttle down was the timings, oddly spaced out. Rooms were clean and well stocked with supplies.
I want to thank Mr. Serdar for making our stay enjoyable. Upon arrival we had some issues with the room, As Serdar exerted all efforts to make our stay memorable and he did😍 much appreciated!
I highly recommend the hotel. The service was perfect, the atmosphere was truly pleasant and calm. I enjoyed entertainment. Cleaning service worked perfectly.
