- Rixos Premium Belek

The Rixos Premium Belek is amongst a pine and walnut forest on the shores of the Mediterranean coast. Belek's endless sandy beaches and beautiful scenery create a destination full of natural beauty on the Turkish Riviera. Rixos Premium Belek is at the centre of historical, cultural and natural beauties from the Tauras mountains to ancient ruins and national parks. Guests can while away the hours by the pool or head out for a day of cultural sightseeing and adventure.
The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, and 99% of the time, the waiters in the restaurant come over on their own. There’s a section in the restaurant and a pool for ages 16 and up, as well as nice saunas. The music at 4:00 p.m. is great, and there are sports activities to suit every taste. Unfortunately, there are some downsides. We came to the hotel to celebrate my birthday and mentioned this when we checked in; they recommended the à la carte restaurant and assured us they’d take care of everything and make it perfect. Unfortunately, the food at that restaurant wasn’t tasty, and a lot of the food and drink options came with an extra charge. At the end of dinner, they brought us a generic cake with a song—and that was it. The cake was the only celebration we received; there were no birthday cards in the room or a fruit platter. What ruined the celebration even more was our visit a couple of days later to another à la carte restaurant, where everything was excellent, there were signature drinks, and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. When we decided to bring this up at the guest services desk, we were told to wait—that someone who could help us would be there soon. We sat in the lobby for almost an hour, and when we finally asked for the person’s WhatsApp contact information, there was already a new employee at the desk who had no idea about our issue—in other words, we were simply ignored. Also, the mattress on the single bed was incredibly saggy, so I couldn’t fall asleep. My request at the front desk to have it replaced was ignored, but after I asked in the WhatsApp group, they put a mattress topper on it, which helped a little. The last major drawback was the evening entertainment; compared to my previous stays at Rixos hotels, the quality has really declined, and there was only one show worth watching during the entire week. And another specific complaint I have is the very loud music during group workouts and in the bar at night; my watch kept sending me alerts about noise levels exceeding 90 Hz, and the air conditioners in the building aren’t adjusted very well, so it’s pretty easy to catch a cold walking around in a damp swimsuit or with a wet head.
Went late Aug 26 with 7 of us including 2 children. First impressions- Fantastic . Final word-Fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Our personal concierge - Kate - was outstanding, booked all our à la carte meals on the what’s app group with easy as we had 4 separate rooms. Again she did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable/ Enya in the Irish bar was so nice and a really perfect barmaid and to pools team who roll around bring you drinks before you even know you needed one worked so hard all day and all had a smile on their faces. Meals great, drinks great, plenty of sun bed and towels, clean as anything. Just an outstanding experience Quality all the way..Thanks all staff and if your reading this…book and go. You can’t go wrong
We have just completed a wonderful 12-night stay as a family of two adults and a 5-year-old. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend the hotel, particularly for families.
We stayed in a deluxe double room with a super king bed and a separate single bed. I was really pleased that the single bed was a proper bed rather than a sofa bed - a big bonus when travelling with a child!

A few areas for improvement
Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday and made some wonderful memories. The hardworking staff, excellent food, great kids' club, fantastic pool service and access to Land of Legends made it a really enjoyable stay. With a few improvements, particularly regarding the beds, air conditioning and some of the facilities, it could have been absolutely perfect.
We have stayed in many hotels across Antalya and have to day the service at the Rixos premium Belek is one of the best. As a family who have two people with Coeliac disease and requiring gluten free food it can always cause anxiety before or during a holiday, especially if there is a language barrier. On the morning after our arrival we were added to a WhatsApp network with the guest relations team. They would send us daily updates of the activities at the hotel for that day. We discussed our allergies with them and they told us that if there was anything we wanted they would ask the chefs to prepare it specifically for us. They would ask us every day what we would like and at what time. We had gluten free pancakes, pizza, garlic bread amongst other things while we were there. The guest relations team was amazing in this sense and the whatsapp group was an easy and ingenious way of talking to them about anything, no matter how small or big, without having to go down to the desk. The pools and the activities were good, and the restaurant and variety was excellent. My son had gluten free éclairs for the first time! And the Godiver pattiserie had the best soft serve vanilla ice cream as well as fresh chocolates made daily. We used our inclusive Land of Legends access on three days while we were there, and although queuing for rides can be tedious, the rides were of a high standard. I would advise anyone to consider getting fast track passes if the park is particularly busy, especially considering you aren't paying for entry. All in all, the hotel was really excellent and the guest service team were there daily to make sure our experience was as good as it could be.
We have just returned from our holiday at Land of Legends. We had a fabulous time . So much to do activity wise for adults and kids. The food was excellent. I particularly liked the Italian restaurant but they were all really good ! Beach and pool facilities all good and very attentive waiting staff . Toilets near beach and in all public areas were immaculate. Entertainment every day was superb with different singers/bands in the pool bar . Really good shows on the main stage , something for everyone .Whilst we were here our grandson became ill and was admitted to hospital . Hotel staff went above and beyond to help . Because of this our grandson missed the football tournament that he was so looking forward to . Ademi and Emre arranged for some special gifts and a breakfast at the Nickelodeon hotel to make up for his disappointment which he loved . We are so grateful for their kindness to our family . Thanks to all for making our holiday so memorable .
