Worst stay at Regnum Carya
Extremely disappointing 10th wedding anniversary trip. Arrived to have AC not working, mini-fridge barely working, after a long trip to lose a night of sleep is unacceptable in any 1 star hotel, and this is supposed to be a leading 5 star hotel. Totally isnt especially when it comes to guest relations, no response, all talk, no steps taken to compensate or rectify the situation to make guests happy ir get the very basic expected services they paid for

We had the opportunity to try several of the restaurants during our stay, and although they were all very good, Alia remains my absolute number one and definitely one of my top restaurants. The food, atmosphere, and especially the exceptional service made the difference for me.

Exceptional
We’ve been coming here every year for the past 11 years—plus for New Year's Eve—and it is the best hotel on the planet. I’ve stayed at other places in Belek, but Regnum Carya is in a league of its own; it holds a special place in our hearts. The staff is warm and welcoming, the facilities are vast, the beach and pool are dreamlike, the water park is amazing, the food is superb, and the chocolate-covered strawberries are the best on planet ! L O V E !❤️❤️❤️

It was amazing being honest . The hotel was complete every thing I could imagine I could find it there . The service also was amazing I mean it doesn’t matter if it was the morning or the night they were always present for us .
