This exclusive beach hotel is located directly on the beach. Belek is about 5 kms away. There is a minibus that runs twice a day to Antalya and once a day to Side. The airport is 35 kms away. Opened in 2002, this hotel includes a total of 338 rooms. Each of them is tastefully furnished with modern amenities and Internet access. The hotel offers access to various shops, a bar, a nightclub, an auditorium, a games room, an air-conditioned main restaurant with non-smoking area, and a number of à la carte restaurants. Additionally, a conference room, a public Internet terminal, car park, playground and a kid's club are available. The hotel has two swimming pools with a children's pools, sauna, hammam and a gym. It also offers various water sports. Guests can join the aerobics and archery classes.
This was my second stay at Papillon Zeugma and once again I had a very nice and relaxing holiday.
The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the sauna and the quiet moments with a book.
Since our last visit, we noticed some very nice changes. There are now several 16+ areas, which were not there before, and we really appreciated them. As there were quite a lot of families with small children during our stay, it was lovely to have some quieter places just for adults. The new Aura Bar was another great addition – it is beautiful, peaceful and became one of my favourite places to sit with a book and relax.
One of the highlights of our stay was definitely Haru restaurant. We had a wonderful dinner there and really enjoyed the food and the whole evening.
I would also like to give a special thank you to Tina from the animation team. Even though I didn’t take part in the activities, she always found the time to come over, say hello and ask how we were doing and if we were enjoying our stay. It was a small gesture, but it made us feel very welcome and cared for.
The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the whole hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. I was very happy to come back for a second time and I hope it won’t be my last.

Just stayed for the 8th time at this superb hotel. As always the food was varied and so tasty across the main restaurant, the lunch street food area, the burger house and the a’la cartes. The hotel is maintained beautifully and always so clean across all areas. What however makes the hotel is the staff, from reception, waiters, bar staff, cleaners and the fabulous animation team, they all have a smile and good morning and are happy to help with whatever you want. The staff really are a credit to the hotel.
We had an amazing stay! Everything was absolutely great — from the food and service to all the facilities and entertainment. Everything you could possibly need is right there, so you really don’t have to worry about anything.
What surprised us the most was that, even though we usually like to explore and go out, we barely felt the need to leave the hotel. There was simply so much to enjoy and everything was so convenient.
A special thank you to Tina, one of the animators, who was incredibly helpful, kind and always there when we needed her. She really made a difference and made our holiday as a group of friends even better than we could have imagined.
We also loved the entertainment by the pool, especially the guy and girl on roller skates. They were so fun, friendly and full of energy, and they really made our time by the pool even more enjoyable!
We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!
We are here for the first time and we are satisfied with everything, from welcoming and checking in till take the room, cleaning is well that is important for us, with family this hotel is perfect to spend your holiday, pool is quite big and nice, beach area is nice, the thing is we like it the compact of everything so you can reach to every where and bars and food very easily, the animation program with different activity needs to be mention, specially thanks to Tina from this team, she always come to us and ask is everything fine and do we need something or not. I wanna say thanks to other staff that made our holiday more enjoyable like Sima from pool bar, Elnaz and Elham from restaurant and Behruz from beach bar. And thanks to all Zeugma team for their service
This was my third stay at Papillon Zeugma and once again we had a really lovely holiday. There are many things I like about this hotel, but what keeps bringing me back is mainly the atmosphere and the people.
The staff throughout the hotel are very kind, helpful and welcoming. A special mention goes to the animation team, especially Tina, Yana, Stephan and Timur. They are friendly, professional and do a great job. The rest of the team deserves a mention too – I just didn't have as much chance to talk to them or take part in their activities during my stay. I already knew Tina from my previous visit and it was really nice to see her again – she is always positive, energetic, open and easy to talk to, and definitely adds something special to the atmosphere of the hotel.
There are many different activities during the day, so everyone can find something they enjoy. I joined several of them during my stay and had a lot of fun. What I especially like is that the animation team is always around and happy to talk, but you never feel pressured to participate in anything.
I also noticed some nice changes since my previous visit. The new Aura Bar is beautiful and perfect when you want somewhere a little quieter. Another great addition is the SUP boards. I loved having the opportunity to try paddleboarding and it was definitely one of the highlights of my holiday.
We also had a fantastic dinner at Haru. The food was delicious and it was definitely one of my favourite dinners during the stay.
The evening entertainment was generally very good, although the live music on my last evening wasn't quite as good as the rest of the programme.
After three visits, Papillon Zeugma has become a place I am always happy to return to. The hotel itself is beautiful, but for me it is really the atmosphere and the people that make the difference.
