They don’t really speak English. They speak Russian and Turkish. It’s a place where more than 50% of guests and staff are Russian. So, if u are not into a deep dive in a Russian ambiance, don’t come. It’s a place that relies heavily on kids activities with staff speaking mostly Russian. Music for kids is Russian. And if it’s an International song, they will translate it in Russian… Food is ok, alcoholic drinks at the eating area are disgusting. Drinks in general are average. And because they don’t speak English, you cannot really get what u want to drink. Rarely the staff knows how to prepare a special coffee or a cocktail …unfortunately the reviews are in English, so u cannot know they are all Russians that leave the reviews 🤪. I liked the kids activities for my kid, but that is pretty much it. My daughter had a wonderful vacation. Me and my husband felt invaded by Russians again 😂😂😂. I can understand that since they are banned to travel in Europe and turkey is one of their best friend, here is where they will come. But I was surprised that nobody said hello. Everyone just presumed you came from Russia. I could barely communicate with the staff because they were all Russian or Turkish.. And being welcomed everyday in a language that I don’t speak it’s kind of anticlimactic… if u go to the bar they ask u in Russian, you go to the reception they first talk in Russian. You go to dinner they say hello in Russian. Maybe because I come from a country invaded by Russia, I might be biased… but anyway, too much Russia in turkey at this hotel. And they absolutely love to put towels on chairs at 7 am to reserve them. To be sure that you will die until you find one chair free at 9 after breakfast.
Nice hotel in belek . The food was amazing and delicious, the staff is kind and welcoming.. the animation daily and evening programs are incredible. The entertainment team is so friendly. Thanks to mister Nazif ( bomba ) for his professionalism, service and his kindness . We will come back soon. We recommend
We had a fantastic stay at Papillon Ayscha and really enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with lovely gardens, great pools, and a beautiful beach. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel very comfortable from the beginning. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the food was fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of choice every day. We also really enjoyed the entertainment and activities. The animation team was friendly and energetic without being overwhelming, and there was always something to do. Overall, Papillon Ayscha gave us exactly the kind of holiday we were hoping for — relaxing, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. We would genuinely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. It’s easy to see why guests come back, and we would definitely choose Papillon Ayscha again for our next holiday. A well-deserved five stars!!!

A massive shout-out to the super-hardworking animation team, especially Marey, the football coach. From the moment we arrived, he made my son feel so welcome and introduced him to what would soon become his holiday friends.
We went to the daily football training sessions and thoroughly enjoyed every one. But the biggest highlight had to be the monthly football tournament against the other hotels.
The organisation, effort and enthusiasm that went into the tournament were fantastic. It made all the kids feel really special and gave them memories they’ll never forget.
And of course, a special mention to Marey for coaching, encouraging and cursing them all the way to victory! 🏆⚽️
Thank you to Marey and the whole animation team for making our holiday even more memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
Just returned from another amazing holiday at the Papillon Ayscha. This is our 4th time here but we have been coming to the Papillon chain for the last 20 years! Rooms are a fantastic size! Food is second to none so much choice! Professional shows at night! Right near the beach! On arrival we were welcomed by the lovely Ismigul from Guest Relations who made sure we were checked in smoothly and efficiently and who also looked after us during our stay with anything we needed. We had a lovely meal in the Asian Al la carte restaurant and were looked after by Pradeep and Adel who had excellent customer service! A special thank you to Fatih the waiter in the main restaurant who went above and beyond every morning and evening bringing us our coffees drinks etc and always service with a smile! ❤️ Nothing was ever to much trouble! Thank you again Papillon team for an amazing time! Looking forward to next year already! ❤️❤️
