Overall great experience, just a few downsides.

/ Lack of fresh pancakes at breakfast. They seemed to be premade and were completely tasteless, cold and rubbery. As we love our pancakes, we struggled at breakfast.

• The room that we had was fairly small and the fourth bed was just a camp bed which was pretty uncomfortable. The main bed was also quite uncomfortable for some reason. Poor lighting in the room meant that I had to do my make up with a tiny mirror that I brought myself on the balcony.

• There should be a dedicated smoking area as it was really frustrating to be constantly surrounded by smoke around the pool.

Other than the above, we absolutely loved our stay. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, particularly the martini bar which seemed to be under used especially during the day.

Food was good and varied. Loved the fresh orange juice every day at breakfast.

Staff generally really nice.

The activities throughout the day were great. Big shout out to Kay who we absolutely loved. He spoke excellent English and had a wicked sense of humour. We really appreciated all his hard work which he should be recognised for. We loved playing shuffleboard and darts every day!

Cocktails were amazing, as was the Service around the pool via the QR code.

Entertainment was generally very good, particularly the acrobats.

We had the best waiter at the pool bar at night - Ishak. Very cheeky chap who we spoke to every night, despite the language barrier. I let him make me whatever cocktail he felt like making and we built up a really good rapport with him. He’s super hard-working and again I hope he is recognised for this by management.

Beach was beautiful too.

I would definitely return again..

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Stay We’ve Ever Had in Turkey!

Family (5 adults, 3 children aged 6, 12, & 14) from the UK.

As a family who has visited Turkey seven times now (five stays on Lara Beach and this being our second time in Belek), we can confidently say that Papillon Ayscha is the absolute best hotel we have ever experienced. From the warm welcome at reception to our final departure, everything completely exceeded our expectations.

🛏️ Rooms & Cleanliness

• Impeccable Rooms: We had stunning panoramic sea views. Rooms are fully equipped with excellent air conditioning, a hairdryer, and tons of toiletries.
• Daily Restocks: The minibar was replenished every day with beer, soft drinks, chocolate, crisps, pretzels, and snacks.
• Spotless Grounds: The gardens, beach, and pools are beautifully maintained. Cleaners work tirelessly all day in every single area, and their attention to detail is phenomenal.

🏊‍♂️ Pools, Waterpark, & Beach

• Perfect Pools: Unlike other hotels where the water feels like a warm bath, the pools here are incredibly refreshing.
• Stress-Free Sunbeds: There are plenty of sunbeds available—absolutely no need to wake up at 6:00 AM to save a spot! Towel swapping is unlimited and hassle-free.
• On-Demand Service: Rollerblading waiters provide full bar service right to your sunbed. You can also order via QR codes, which works perfectly at the pools, the beach, and the excellent pier.
• Fun for All Ages: The waterpark is brilliant for both kids and adults, and the beach features a great pier bar and an on-site water sports company.

🍹 Bars & Premium Drinks

• Top-Notch Selection: The bar decor is beautiful, and the drinks are premium. They serve draft Efes alongside bottled Heineken, Miller, Becks, and Efes.
• Branded Varieties: Countless cocktails, high-end branded spirits, and proper soft drinks (Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite) are readily available.
• Don't Miss: You must visit the upstairs Martini Bar in the evening. The live music, decor, and ambience are amazing.

🍽️ Top Drawer Dining

• Endless Options: Food is available all day across multiple restaurants, a patisserie, waffle stations, ice cream, frozen yoghurt, and a traditional Gözleme station.
• Best Quality Yet: This is the highest quality, most flavorful all-inclusive food we’ve ever had. Every night features a different specialty station, so you never get bored.
• Elite Table Service: The staff are proactive, always smiling, and provide full table service for all drinks (including teas and coffees). We didn't try the À la carte restaurants, but at only €10 per adult, other guests told us they were fantastic.

🎭 Kids, Entertainment & Facilities

• Fantastic Kids Club: The kids club was absolutely great for our 6-year-old, keeping them fully engaged with a brilliant variety of activities and crafts.
• Phenomenal Animation Team: The team works incredibly hard day and night with games and activities for everyone.
• High-Budget Evening Shows: No expense is spared here. Expect top-tier dance acts, acrobats, live bands, DJs, and themed nights.
• Great Amenities: The gym is excellent. While it officially opens at 7:00 AM, I was able to get in at 6:00 AM every day. The spa facilities also looked brilliant.
• Flawless Connectivity: Strong, reliable Wi-Fi reaches everywhere, even all the way out on the beach and the pier.[1]

📍 Location & Final Verdict Belek town center is just a 7-minute taxi ride away (€10 each way) and is packed with every shop you could ever imagine.

We are 100% returning to Papillon Ayscha and are already looking to book for next year—if we don't manage to sneak back this coming October half-term first! If you are thinking about booking this hotel, just do it. You won't regret it.
