Best experience at this hotel
I d really like to share my very positive experience at the hotel , everything was top notch , the staff were really keeping attention to every detail with a special mention to EMRAH at the restaurant who extremely helpful and smiling with us all the time the food was amazing with so many options , the kids lived this place and didn’t want to return back from it A special thanks to our hotel coordinator NaZLI , she was very helpful in answering all our questions and doing all the reservations for us This hotel deserve a 6 stars
AMAZING STAY
An incredible stay genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve visited
We had an absolutely incredible stay at Maxx Royal Belek. I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at many different luxury hotels around the world, and I can genuinely say this is one of the best.
The service was 10/10, the food was 10/10, and our personal assistant was 10/10. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and so many of the things I had hoped for from this holiday became a reality. The level of attention and service throughout our stay was exceptional.
The rooms were lovely, the choice and quality of food were outstanding, and overall the hotel delivered exactly the kind of luxury family holiday we were hoping for. We left with some amazing memories.
There are only a couple of areas where I think the hotel could improve. Some parts of the property are beginning to feel like they could benefit from a little renovation or modernisation. I also think the overall flow and atmosphere of the hotel could be thought through a little more, particularly when it comes to activities and entertainment throughout the day.
For families, it would be great to see a few more fun activities for children around the main areas of the resort. Equally, I think the main pool could have a little more atmosphere for adults and families later in the day. There is the pool workout and some music around that time, but afterwards it becomes very quiet. Even some relaxed background music coming from the main pool bar would create a great vibe without needing to turn it into a loud party atmosphere.
These are relatively small points, though, and they certainly didn’t take away from what was a spectacular holiday.
From the food and service to the personal attention we received, Maxx Royal Belek delivered an exceptional experience. It is very difficult to find a hotel that gets so many things right, and this one certainly does.
Without question, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and somewhere I would happily return to.**

This was our second stay at Maxx Royal Belek, and once again it was an absolutely exceptional experience. From the beautiful hotel and incredible food to the facilities, atmosphere and outstanding service, everything was of the highest standard.
What truly makes Maxx Royal special, however, is the people. The warmth, kindness and attention we received throughout our holiday made our second visit even more memorable than the first.

A very special thank you goes to Arda Bey and Burak Bey, our Maxx Assistants, who played such an important part in making our holiday so enjoyable.
From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whatever we needed, they were always there to assist us and constantly went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable and well looked after.
The Maxx Assistant service is one of the things that makes Maxx Royal so special, and having Arda Bey and Burak Bey looking after us made a huge difference to our experience.
This was our second visit to Maxx Royal Belek, and it certainly will not be our last. We will definitely be returning next year, and without hesitation, we will personally request Arda Bey and Burak Bey as our Maxx Assistants again. Their professionalism, kindness and genuine care made a lasting impression on our whole family.

Zeynep Hanım truly stood out during our stay. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care could be felt every time we saw her, and it was clear that the wonderful service provided by her team reflects the high standards she sets herself.
What impressed us most was that the service never felt simply like staff doing their job — it felt personal and sincere. Zeynep Hanım and her team remembered us, welcomed us so warmly and always made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Their smiles, kindness and attention made us feel less like hotel guests and more like people they genuinely cared about.
Fuzuli, Erkan and Züleyha Hanım were absolutely wonderful. They were consistently attentive, friendly and professional, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Every interaction was accompanied by a smile, and their hospitality added something very special to our holiday.
A great team often reflects the person leading it, and Zeynep Bayındır Şef should be extremely proud of the atmosphere and standard of service she has created with her team. They are exactly the kind of people you remember long after a holiday has ended.
Zeynep Hanım and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t simply provide excellent service — you became part of the wonderful memories we are taking home from Maxx Royal Belek. We genuinely look forward to seeing you all again when we return next year. ❤️
Outstanding Poolside Service ☀️🍹
We also have to mention the exceptional poolside service. It was honestly some of the best service we have experienced.
The team were constantly checking on us — it felt like every couple of minutes someone would politely come over and ask whether we needed anything. We never had to look around for someone or wait to order a drink. They were always attentive without ever being intrusive, always smiling and always ready to help.
A huge thank you to Hazmat, Ayşegül and Diana, as well as the fantastic bartenders and all of the other poolside team members whose names we unfortunately cannot remember. There were so many wonderful members of staff who looked after us that it is impossible to name everyone individually, but please know that your kindness and hard work did not go unnoticed.

Maxx Royal Belek is undoubtedly a beautiful five-star resort, but beautiful hotels can be found in many places. What makes Maxx Royal different is its people.
From Arda Bey and Burak Bey, to Zeynep Bayındır Şef and her wonderful team, to everyone who looked after us around the pool, bar and throughout the hotel — you all contributed to making our holiday unforgettable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Family Stay at Maxx Royal Belek
We are currently enjoying an amazing 10-night stay at Maxx Royal Belek with our children aged 8 and 10, and everything has been exceptional so far.
A very special mention has to go to our wonderful Maxx Assistants Zehranur, Samira and Murat. They have been absolutely amazing – so warm, friendly, attentive and incredibly quick to help with anything we need. They have genuinely made our stay even more special.
The food throughout the resort is impeccable. The buffet has an incredible selection, the desserts are delicious, and we love having à la carte table service while enjoying the evening shows. Bishoku Japanese à la carte was a particular highlight – absolutely delicious!
Our Family Terrace Room with jacuzzi is beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. The service and cleanliness throughout the entire resort have been outstanding.
Our children are loving the Kids Club and there is so much for them to enjoy, making it the perfect luxury family holiday.
We still have more of our holiday to enjoy, but Maxx Royal has already exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you again to Zehranur, Samira and Murat and all the wonderful staff for making our stay so memorable. ❤️

Amazing stay at Maxx Royal Belek! Beautiful grounds and top-level service. The food is outstanding! A special note for true malt lovers: the all-inclusive concept includes premium brands aged 25+ years.
Make sure to visit the Japanese restaurant in the evening - pure freshness, quality and taste!
